The hotel buildings are newly built in the past two years. The front desk to room service are very good. The price is good. The service is Hilton standard. It is more than Hilton I live in Tongzhou, Beijing (more than 800 nights in the off-season) The experience is good. There are many parking spaces, the big bed room has a lot of space, there is no problem with the flat suitcase, and the air conditioner has no smell. , I have been staying at this hotel from August 11th to August 16th. During the period, a glasses front desk brother who checked me in gave me a day's breakfast (unfortunately I didn't embarrass myself to ask for the name, I hope there will be an employee number in the future). A boy and girl on night shift behind is also very good. Especially the girls, very gentle. Later, because I continued to live, I called for breakfast twice, and I was very happy to give it to me, and the hotel can communicate late check-out, check out at about 2 o'clock, the cleaning lady who cleaned the room for me was also very good, surnamed Li, tired to return to the hotel, found that she even folded the clothes I threw. Very neat and warm, I originally planned to change the hotel to experience it, because this continued. , There is a problem that this is a coastal tourist city, especially in the summer, many people wash clothes, laundry opportunities leave a lot of sand, even if cleaned, you can see it every day, I hope the hotel can have a division of washing machine use (sand clothes and non-sand clothes), the evaluation is a bit late, because I am tired and paralyzed when I come back, I hope that Miss Li's cleaning lady can see this praise. I have lived in a lot of high-end luxury hotels. It is rare to fold the neatly arranged room service for me to throw the clothes. After all, cleaning the room itself is very hard, I didn't expect to notice the clothes thrown by the guests (because I hurried out to Liugong Island at 5 o'clock in the morning, confused, and threw it)

This hotel's price is let down by its service. The hardware is impeccable; having been renovated in 2024, everything is well-maintained and meets five-star standards. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is quite varied, but the selection is the same every day. By 9 AM, many dishes are empty, and they can't keep up with cutlery – the chopstick dispenser is often empty, and there are sometimes no cups at the beverage station. The most unacceptable thing is that for the first guests arriving at 6:30 AM, the tables were sticky, clearly not wiped clean from the previous day. The front desk staff's service quality is only comparable to a chain hotel. All the hotel staff are robotic and unprofessional, lacking enthusiasm and proper training. This hotel's room rate is truly hampered by its service quality!

The front desk staff were super friendly and even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free! The view was absolutely amazing, and the room was very clean. My kids loved the complimentary fruits and snacks. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and we'll definitely choose it again next time we visit Weihai.

I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Had a great stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Facilities: Very new and well-appointed. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Very satisfied, professional. This was the best service we experienced in Weihai, and they even offered complimentary fruit. Environment: I have to mention this. We brought our child for a summer vacation and were a bit disappointed with Xianghai initially; the public beach was crowded and chaotic. We spontaneously took a taxi here because this hotel has a private beach nearby, which finally gave us that true vacation feeling. Here's what we loved: 1. The beach is less crowded early in the morning, perfect for taking photos of an empty beach. 2. You can buy sausages at the supermarket to feed the seagulls. 3. Lao Xi Seafood Restaurant was exceptionally delicious – the best we had in Weihai, we ate there twice!

1. A beautiful coastal city steeped in Shandong culture, ”Exquisite City, Happy Weihai”! ”Beautiful Shidao” is perfect for a relaxing getaway! 2. The hotel is perfectly located, with a delicious breakfast and local food stalls nearby. Located in the easternmost part of Shandong, ”purple air rises from the east, the sun rises from the east”! 3. A great place for a relaxing (and slow-paced) getaway with children. During holidays, the area is sparsely populated, the environment is beautiful, the seafood is excellent, and there's virtually no commercialization. There's also a New Energy Science and Technology Museum nearby, where you can bring your children to experience nuclear power! 4. The hotel is very cost-effective during non-holidays!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive, highly recommended. The location is excellent, making it convenient for travel, with many dining options nearby. The environment is comfortable and quiet, the bedding is soft, and I slept wonderfully. The facilities are new and complete, and the hygiene is impeccable, making for a worry-free stay. Excellent value for money, a perfect experience, I will definitely come again next time.

You can see Bloubergstrand right when you wake up, and the beach is super close, just a short walk away. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the environment and hygiene here are much cleaner, and there are no strange smells. Plus, the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating; we arrived quite late at night, and she was still very attentive and responsible.

The hotel's location right by Half Moon Bay Beach is super convenient for getting around. When we checked in, the staff even gave us some beach toys, and there are shared electric scooters and quad bikes available for rent right outside the hotel. The room was huge and had a mini-fridge. It was so relaxing to sit by the window, look at the ocean, and enjoy some takeout. We even extended our stay for another night! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. 👍🏻 A special shout-out: The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing – don't miss it! (◔_◔) haha 🙊 (chuckle)

Such an amazing place for a foreigner, everyone treated me like family from the first moment! The hostel is in a great location, very comfortable and with all the amenities you could possibly need. I was included in the game night to play uno even without speaking any Chinese, I was gifted a lovely handmade keychain and I was allowed to check in really late while I was waiting for my train. On top of all that great treatment from the staff, when I was super late to the train station and couldn’t call a taxi, I was offered a ride and the guy that drove me literally was the only reason I made it in time. I am so unbelievably grateful for my stay. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!
