The guesthouse boasts a superb location, right across from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area Service Center – ticket check is just outside! There are also several restaurants nearby, so finding food and drinks isn't a problem! I'm quite picky about accommodations, but the owner of this place was absolutely fantastic. He contacted me that day to ask what time I'd arrive and sent me directions. I actually arrived later than expected, close to 11 PM, which gave me a great sense of security! When we got to the door, the courtyard was brightly lit, and the owner was personally waiting for us. Seeing how tired we were, he even upgraded our room for free! Thank you so much! The room was fully equipped, with disposable towels, and very clean and tidy! The next morning, breakfast was very affordable – a buffet that made the experience even more comfortable. After a satisfying breakfast, we headed out to explore the scenic area!

The landlady is a super nice person, the room is super beautiful, first-class hygiene, and beautifully decorated! For breakfast, the landlady made dumplings herself, which were delicious! There are also plenty of fruits on offer! The garden layout on the rooftop is very comfortable and thoughtful!

The service was excellent! The butler was super responsive, even helping my child print out homework and giving us coffee vouchers. Just a heads-up, the coffee shop doesn't open until 11 AM. The environment is lovely and very quiet, and my child had a blast swimming. To help you improve even further, here are a few suggestions: We stayed in the Xue Zhu room, and the bed frame on the first floor creaks when you sit on it. It would be great if that could be fixed. It would be helpful to have smaller pillows available for children. Also, it might be a good idea to ask about check-in times beforehand and do the pest control earlier. The mosquito coils were quite strong, and my nose felt really uncomfortable at night 😷. When cleaning, if the showerhead could be adjusted to a handheld spray, it would prevent adults from getting wet when turning on the water to bathe children. I look forward to an even better experience on my next stay! Still highly recommend this place.

Here's the bottom line: it's worth staying here. During the summer vacation, the best price for a twin room was 600+ RMB, which is a bit inflated, but understandable for peak season. Pros: 1. The hotel is on Tunbao Road, not far from the first, second, and third visitor centers of Huangguoshu Scenic Area. Plus, the hotel has a seven-seater shuttle van for pick-ups and drop-offs. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to Balinghe Bridge. 2. The room is spacious enough, the shower pressure is excellent, the lighting in the room is bright, and there's a balcony with a fold-down wall-mounted drying rack, which is very convenient for doing laundry. 3. The service is warm and friendly. We took a direct bus from Anshun West Station to the first visitor center, and after contacting the hotel in advance, they specially arranged a car to pick us up. Throughout our stay, transfers were prompt; just call the front desk. The shuttle driver drove smoothly and communication was great. 4. It's clean and hygienic. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are well-maintained overall. 5. Opposite the hotel is a wetland park. During peak season, there are bonfire parties and performances every night, which are worth checking out. If you walk further into the wetland park, there's a sluice gate with a nice view. Cons: 1. The room lighting relies entirely on a white remote control. At first, I didn't realize this and thought there was no power in the room, until I asked the front desk. 2. The TV remote control has poor contact; you have to press down on the battery to make it work. Also, if the screen turns blue, you need to restart the power button on the white set-top box (the one without an antenna). 3. The breakfast is very average. The egg fried rice and porridge are okay, but the Chinese restaurant's food is mediocre and not cheap, so I don't recommend it. In summary, if you're traveling with your whole family, including seniors and kids, this hotel is a top choice. Alternatively, Kaiyuan is also good and not far away, or for a bit more money, you could stay directly in the scenic area at Qian*Ju. All three core areas of Huangguoshu are worth visiting and can be split over two days. Remember to book tickets for Shuilian Cave 15 days in advance.

Facilities: The hotel is a fair distance from the entrance to Huangguoshu, but it offers a car shuttle. We drove there ourselves. We traveled off-peak, so we were picked up in the afternoon of the first day. Pick-ups are closed after 9 PM, so please be mindful of your schedule. However, there are many Qingju electric bikes in Huangguoshu, which was very convenient. We rode them back home on our first night. Cleanliness: I highly recommend it! Excellent! However, we were exhausted that day and left early the next day, so we didn't use the shower. The toilet was very good, with alcohol wipes provided for self-wiping. Environment: We stayed on the 7th floor. The window offered a mountain view, but that wasn't particularly useful for a special forces unit, as we didn't have time to see it. The elevator didn't indicate which floor it reached, which was a bit inconvenient. Service: I highly recommend the hotel front desk. We arrived that afternoon to avoid peak traffic and head to the Great Falls, but it rained heavily. The beautiful receptionist waited until the rain subsided to let us know and then took us there. The front desk, the handsome guy who escorted us, and the handsome guy who parked our car were all excellent! The service was impeccable! In short, if you are not so picky about the hotel's location, this hotel is worth staying at!

I chose this hotel on Ctrip for my trip to Huangguoshu Scenic Area, hoping to open a surprise gift box. I arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of April 6th. As soon as the car stopped, a female staff member (whom I later learned was surnamed Tao) came out to greet us and help with our luggage. Check-in was quick and easy. She also gave us a detailed introduction to the surrounding scenic area. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and well-designed layout. The bathroom and shower were separately located, and the decor was elegant and sophisticated. The breakfast was very affordable and nutritious, and the dining environment was clean and tidy. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the scenic area. Since we weren't familiar with the area, we called the front desk, and Ms. Tao picked us up in her own car and took us back to the hotel. We are very grateful to Ms. Tao 🙏, and also to the hotel for their warm, thoughtful, and attentive service, which made our trip very pleasant. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by the magnificent waterfall, making it super convenient to get around. The owner is also incredibly welcoming. You're practically a stone's throw away from that 'God's eye view' spot, it's just amazing! Truly excellent value for money, definitely worth the price of the room. Thumbs up!

The driver told us about safety precautions, and we also asked him about discounts for overnight tickets. Huangguoshu Scenic Area Shuttle Service: The car was very clean, and the staff were very friendly; just let us know in advance.

The price is full, and the friends unanimously commented that it is the most value-for-money homestay I have ever stayed in. Give a ! All have a single-door courtyard, the yard is very suitable for drinking tea and chatting with friends, sending fruit and tea. It can be seen that the careful design, Suzhou gardens and Guizhou village, very good integration. It was beautiful and quiet during the day and night. The parking lot at the entrance is convenient for parking. The store also arranged to pick us up to Huangguoshu Waterfall and recommended the surrounding niche attractions and places to eat.

This hidden gem of a guesthouse tucked away in the mountains was such a pleasant surprise! The private forest swimming pool is truly the highlight – the water is crystal clear, surrounded by towering trees and stone walls, with lush greenery everywhere. Lounging by the pool or swimming feels like being in a natural oxygen bar. The architecture is an eco-friendly stone and wood style, creating a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. The amenities are excellent too, with a large car park equipped with EV charging stations, making it stress-free for those driving. The guest rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, so you open them right up to greenery. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great privacy. The staff provide gentle and attentive service. There's none of the city noise, just the sound of leaves rustling in the wind. It's the perfect place to escape the summer heat and relax, ideal for both swimming and unwinding. It's definitely on my list for a second visit!
