AAlly_0107Absolutely thrilled with the room! It's tastefully decorated with a lovely, fresh cream-colored aesthetic. The owner went above and beyond, tirelessly driving us to the scenic spot entrance and patiently answering all our questions, even the ones she's probably heard a thousand times. We chose a room with bunk beds, and the kids were ecstatic â both the top and bottom bunks were surprisingly spacious. Having a separate room for the grandparents meant the kids' exuberance didn't disturb their rest. The smart home features throughout were fantastic; it was a great way for the kids to see technology in action in everyday life. I was particularly impressed with the shower â excellent water pressure and easy temperature control. Plus, the bathroom was spotless with no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus. The kids also had a blast setting off fireworks in the plaza. Although the Huangguoshu Waterfall wasn't as majestic at this time of year as it is in summer, it was still breathtaking and a joy to see, especially since we got to enjoy it without the crowds!

WWuxianlvjudeguodaThe front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend.

AAnonymous UserThis B&B is conveniently located close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. The environment is beautiful, and the facilities are comprehensive, even boasting an elevator. The breakfast spread is generous, and there are many dining options nearby. The owner and staff were incredibly thoughtful; they not only upgraded our room for free but also helped us with our luggage. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a wet/dry separation in the bathroom and a full range of toiletries, including excellent shampoo. There's also a terrace on the 7th floor with a great view. Overall, it was an excellent experience for a family trip.

We came on weekdays, there were not many people staying, the location was very good, the store upgraded the room type for free, and the staff's service attitude was very good. GGuest UserThe experience at Huangguoshu Heyue Shanju Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is very close to the scenic area, making transportation super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with stylish decor, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept wonderfully. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, even offering thoughtful travel advice. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning, with fresh air and distant mountains like painted brows, felt like a true paradise. The value for money is excellent. If you're visiting Huangguoshu, staying here is definitely a smart choice. Highly recommend!

It is around 360m from the VIP station if you decide to purchase the 3 day VIP tickets which was the best decision weâve made: no bus queues and exclusive stops, routes and exemptions. Only 100m from the hotel affords you a great view of the Huangguoshu waterfall, continue on a bit further you get various viewpoints which are increasingly amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserService: The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were really nice. There was a complimentary shuttle service to and from the bus station, and the driver was also very meticulous and thoughtful.
Ambiance: The room was great. The hotel is located in the Great Waterfall scenic area and has a viewing platform where you can admire the magnificent waterfall from afar. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach a viewpoint offering a 'God's eye' perspective. If you plan your visit well, you can see everything in about 5 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't make it due to time constraints, but that slight regret only makes it more memorable! It was a truly worthwhile trip, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a mountain, making it difficult to get around on your own. However, the hotel provides shuttle service, which is very thoughtful and the service is exceptionally attentive. It's very close to Huangguoshu Waterfall; the hotel's sightseeing shuttle takes you there in just five or six minutes. The room was very clean, and fruit was provided upon check-in. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was served on time and was quite plentiful. At the foot of the mountain lies Shitouzhai, a lovely place to stroll down, enjoy a barbecue by the river, and admire the rural scenery.

Vvesta_yeThis was the most satisfying hotel out of the five we booked for our 9-day trip to Guizhou, even exceeding our expectations.
**Location:**
It's right near the main entrance of the Huangguoshu Scenic Area Visitor Center, and directly across from the hotel is the bus stop for the scenic shuttle. It's also just a short walk from the Huangguoshu Passenger Transport Center, making getting around very convenient. There are plenty of dining options near the visitor center, including McDonald's and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. There's also a Meiyijia supermarket near the shuttle bus pick-up point, and a street full of small restaurants right next to the hotel.
**Facilities:**
The hotel's entrance is a bit unassuming, but the Breeze Deluxe Triple Room we booked was excellent. The room was spacious, with a separate sofa area that felt like a small living room upon entering, providing a natural partition from the three large 1.35m beds inside. The toilet and shower room were separate, with the sink located outside, ensuring good wet/dry separation. The central air conditioning was also very powerful. The only minor issues were that it lacked a 'sleep mode' and the vents weren't adjustable, so it could feel a bit cool at night if the air blew directly towards the bed. Also, one of the charging ports next to the second bed wasn't working.
**Breakfast:**
The hotel breakfast is served at the adjacent restaurant. The selection is relatively simple, but they do have freshly made hot rice noodles, which tasted good.
**Amenities:**
There's a self-service coffee machine available in the lobby.
**Service:**
While not proactively enthusiastic, the staff were responsive to requests and always answered questions.
**Value:**
For less than 300 RMB a night in mid-September, the location and facilities offered incredible value for money. After a long day of walking and exploring, the sheer joy of being able to step off the scenic shuttle and cross the road straight back to your room is truly wonderful.
