First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was really fun! The bed was quite spacious, easily fitting two people, and it had internal air circulation, so no need to worry about feeling stuffy. It felt very safe for a solo female traveler (just remember to close your door properly). The communal bathrooms were also very clean. Overall, great experience, definitely worth trying!

Great location, within a 5-minute walk to the central station. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The suite is on the top floor (5th floor), which is a nice touch. The room layout was a little unusual, with a narrow walkway and sloped ceilings due to the roof design. The shower area, including the alcove tub, felt somewhat awkward and may be less convenient for taller guests. There was also an RGB light above the shower, which was an interesting design choice (who uses red lighting for showering?) The building has some old-world charm, though the room's floor creaked noticeably when walking around. The small balcony was pleasant, but the view was fairly average. Overall, a good stay for the location, though some aspects of the room design could be improved.

Came here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

The hotel service was excellent. I believe Wakeup Copenhagen is a chain, and I highly recommend this hotel because the individual stay experience was fantastic. That's why I chose this hotel again after coming to Denmark. The location is also great, making it convenient to walk to all the major attractions.

The room was smaller than I expected. My two suitcases (one 26-inch and one 28-inch) barely fit and had to be squeezed together by the wall to open. The hotel's design is very minimalist and Nordic, but some of it prioritizes aesthetics over practicality (like the sink). However, there's a pegboard wall next to the bed, which adds some much-needed storage space. The bed is large, but I found the mattress a bit too soft and saggy. The location is great, very close to the station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Absolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

I booked a room and Pon arrival he assured me it was a very small room and he could offer at a discounted rate he invented to a magnificent fantastic room. Sounded good and it turned out to be a very standard double bed in a small room with no sofa, no chair, no nothing extra. Too late now to change back as we wanted to go to bed. I wonder what the other room was like they offered on homepage. Breakfast was charged 50 DDK extra if not reserved day before. No information on this, so just had to pay. Coming back to room late night, no cleaning had been done. I asked and they said it must be requested day before. Information was in the elevator about this. I checked and no information in elevator. Oh, then it is in the room. I checked, no information in the room. However, on the side of the wardrobe I finally found a QR code. If you scanned it, you would get all kinds of information about the hotel and rules. Who has heard of such expectations on any guest anywhere? requesting cleaning in an international hotel??? Reception siad they missed on informing. They said it is Scandic standard and I should know, as if I am expected to be Scandic frequent guest. Rubbish! They say it is for the environment. What environmental gain you get from not making a bed was not explained. I said I expected free breakfast for all issues. In the end, they charged me for that too. For clarity, I have traveled weekly as an international businessman for 30+ years to 123 countries. Never heard such ******** from a hotel reception.

The hostel was easy to find, few minutes from the metro which was important to me. Every staffmember was really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was welcoming. The tent was small for 4 persons but I knew that I will mostly just sleep there, the bed was comfortable and clean. I read in other reviews that a curtain would be nice, I agree with that also. The bathroom was really big, plenty of showers and toilets, there was hot water every time which was also important to me. I had breakfast on a few days, which was also good and I really liked sitting in the outside tables, I also had a chance to connect with other travellers every day. On the last day I left my luggage in one of the lockers so I could explore the city freely, that was also a good bonus. They provided earplugs, which I used during my sleep, overall all ”campers” were respectful and quiet after 10 pm but still it was a lot of people in a small space. For solo travellers this is a good choice as the hotel prices are 4-5 times higher.

Couldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate.
