Amazing
This was my first stay at this hot spring hotel, and it was a delightful surprise. The food and ambiance were top-notch, and there were 14 individual hot springs of varying sizes. The service was excellent, the place was clean and tidy, and it faced the sea. The room was well-equipped, and the TV had Netflix. During my stay at Atami Ryokan, there was a fireworks display, and the hotel provided a shuttle bus directly to the fireworks show – it was absolutely wonderful.

I came to Atami specifically for Fufu, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The hotel was fantastic! First of all, the service was excellent. A friendly staff member picked us up at the Atami station and drove us to the hotel free of charge. Once at the hotel, the staff patiently explained the room and how to use the onsen (hot spring bath) on the balcony. The room was huge, and the shower room could instantly transform into a sauna – so comfortable! Complimentary drinks and beer were provided in the room, and we could even go to the bar for free drinks in the afternoon. The hotel's dinner and breakfast were also excellent; we were incredibly full! The ingredients were plentiful and very fresh!

Went to Atami to watch the fireworks festival and stayed one night. The transportation is convenient. There are convenience stores and taverns around, so you don’t have to worry about arriving at night. As a Japanese-style room, the experience is good. There are almost no other customers in the open-air bath, which is very relaxing. The boss was very polite. He was worried that we wouldn't be able to have dinner and recommended many restaurants. He was worried that we would go in the wrong direction. There were service staff who spoke English and were very enthusiastic.
