"Facilities: Basic toiletries are conveniently self-service and available by the elevator. Service: The front desk staff's English is good, and they patiently guide you through the check-in process. Environment: It's very close to the station, so all your usual food, drinks, and convenience stores are within 500m. The rooms are much larger compared to typical Tokyo accommodations. P.S. For my fellow Chinese compatriots who need hot water, remember to ask the front desk for a kettle, as it's not standard in the rooms. You can leave it in the room when you check out. Breakfast: Simple, just sandwiches and coffee or black tea. You'll definitely need to supplement it if you plan an active morning. If you want to pack it to go, you'll need to bring your own bag. The good thing is it starts early, from 7 AM."

"It was my first time to search for a hotel by car. It was very difficult to find a hotel. I couldn’t find the two hotels on the left. I searched Google Maps and couldn’t find the location. I passed three hotels in a row and there were no signs on the roadside. The staff at the two nearby restaurants always have people asking for directions😆😆 Old-style hotel, you have to carry luggage on the first floor The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The restaurant is nice"

AAnonymous UserLocation: It's not far from Atami Station, about a seven to eight-minute walk. You can see the trains from downstairs, and the clanking sound of passing trains is quite clear, which affected my sleep. I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The bus stop right outside Atami Station offers direct routes to the MOA Museum of Art and Hakone, which is very convenient. Service: The complimentary breakfast on the first floor was decent, nothing special, but enough to fill you up. However, the front desk staff didn't speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. Cleanliness: No unpleasant odors. Facilities: Standard Toyoko Inn offerings.

GGuest UserI originally planned to go from Shimizu to Nagano, but later I felt that the journey was too tiring so I booked this hotel temporarily. The number of reviews is actually not usually considered by me. I was quite hesitant to make the bed myself after seeing the reviews about the taste. But considering the price and room size of Atami Hotel, I still think this hotel is good value for money. Actual stay experience: The sanitary conditions are in line with the expectations of Japanese hotels and are quite clean. In terms of transportation, it is a bit inconvenient. It is not far from the station, but because of the characteristics of Atami as a mountain city, it is very inconvenient to drag suitcases in the hotel south of Atami. I was exhausted with two suitcases on the first day, especially when I was in a hurry. The facilities are indeed old, but it's just like that after getting used to it. The small TV is a problem, but moving the table over, it's not bad for the family to watch TV at night. It's a bit troublesome to make the bed yourself, but it's also fun, and it's relatively easy to put on the quilt. In terms of service, the money I needed to pay was calculated incorrectly at the beginning, and I spent a lot of time at the front desk, and the attitude of the aunt with glasses was not particularly friendly, which is a minus point. Hot springs are a big plus. Self-service free booking is very convenient. You can scan the QR code to see where there are vacancies and go directly. If it is a day-return hot spring, the booking is very expensive. Overall, it is a good stay experience. It is like the Japanese apartment in Japanese dramas. The space is also open, and there is a microwave and refrigerator. It is worth recommending.
