A great trip, but unfortunately the time was too short stayed for one night, set a separate room and a main building, the main building was upgraded to a super luxurious suite. There is a great English aunt at the front desk. The communication is very pleasant. The food is the best in Izu. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again next time!

Facilities: Shared showers, bookshelves, a lounge, gas stove, and rice cooker. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Environment: Very nice, close to Atami tram station. Service: Excellent. We were supposed to check in at 6 PM, but they let us in earlier because it was cold outside. Economical and good value for money.

首説先房間很適合家庭。它就是一間長在酒店裡的民宿！不是酒店！沒有人員接待，全靠自己！第一次去根本搞不清楚要怎麼進怎麼走。酒店應該是留一半經營酒店，另一半賣出去了。這家酒店在山上，非常偏遠，S彎道盤旋上山，坡度有點大，沒有路燈，非常漆黑，到山上引擎蓋都燙了。我們晚上8點多到，當我們問酒店應該怎麼辦理入住的時候，酒店的人告訴我們是這個建築，但是不走這個門，後面有個小門進入。他們不能為我們辦理入住和提供其他服務。更奇葩的是後面的小門需要密碼。山裡信號非常差，打不開郵箱。遇到了裏面的住户，告訴了我密碼。到了房間門口，發現密碼鎖是壞的。打電話還是語音的，裏面還有香港話的語音。簡直要崩潰了。後面根據語音選項終於轉到人工了，是個日本人，又開始各種確認身份。我在Trip上訂的房間付的款，對方確説她那邊顯示是樂天付款。後面又是姓名人數哪天下單的吧啦吧啦。終於確認好了，她説門鎖是壞了，讓我們打開旁邊電閘門裡面有個帶密碼的小盒子，告訴我們密碼，打開后里面有2把鑰匙，可以開門！當時的心情，真的差到極致！對這個平台也產生了質疑！因為訂單頁面上沒有顯示民宿，根據照片也看不出來是沒有服務人員的民宿！而且又説顯示通過樂天平台訂的，我根本就沒有樂天。我們進房間後連上Wi-Fi看見郵箱裏當天才發的消息，一條一樓鐵門的密碼，一條房間門電子密碼鎖壞了，要開電閘門找密碼小盒子以及小盒子的密碼。真的氣死了。誰出去玩還要沒事兒翻郵箱看，為什麼不打電話呢？ 日語不好的不要訂這種，像我們這樣有突發狀況，你根本搞不清楚。 房間裏面挺乾淨的，就是被套太舊了，都起球了。房間也很大，各種用具齊全，適合家庭入住。

This is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
