CCaobaogangThe hotel is not located near any public transportation. It is less than 10 minutes by taxi from Izu Kogen Station. We arrived at Izu Kogen Station around 11 am and called the hotel. The hotel replied that they could not pick us up and would send a car after 3 pm. We could only take a taxi to the hotel and then store our luggage. We would check in after 3 pm. We planned to go to Omuro Mountain first. The hotel staff said that they could not send a car to Omuro Mountain and asked us to walk to the nearest bus stop, which was said to be about 800 meters and about 10 minutes. However, we walked all the way uphill and it took us almost half an hour. We almost got heatstroke. Then we took the bus and arrived at Omuro Mountain in one stop. We returned to the hotel and took a taxi. We went back to the hotel to discuss check-out the next day because we had to catch a train at around 7 o'clock the next day. We asked if the hotel could send a car to take us at 6:30, but the answer was no. We asked the hotel to help book a taxi. At first, they said that they might not have one because it was too early and that they couldn't contact us... Later, the taxi company replied that they could have a car, which made us feel relieved. In summary, the hotel's shuttle bus only operates around 3 p.m., so if you need to catch an early or late bus, it's best to book a bus in advance. Also, the hotel staff's English proficiency is relatively low.

11363990****Service: 1. The Japanese gentleman running the place is incredibly welcoming. Besides Japanese, he also speaks English and a little Chinese. 2. My Japanese is only N3 level, so the owner was very patient, speaking slowly to make sure I understood. 3. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service from the station. Since there's only one convenience store and supermarket between Izu Kogen and Jōgasaki Coast, the owner also organizes trips for guests who need to buy daily necessities. 4. If you want to visit tourist spots, you can also tell the owner, and he'll help drive you if he's available. Environment: The room was very clean, and even on a cloudy day, there was no damp smell. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

GGloriaseaseaAside from the room, the service was excellent, especially in the restaurant. One of the staff members was a fantastic auntie who spoke good English and explained each dish meticulously and enthusiastically. The chef was great, skillfully using fresh local ingredients, had excellent taste, and presented the food beautifully. Most importantly, he was loving; he even adjusted the menu for my child, replacing dishes like sashimi with more child-friendly options. Any dish they enjoyed was recreated the next day, but prepared differently.
Don't book a room on the first floor; the musty smell was overwhelming and wouldn't dissipate even with the windows open.

The hotel is relatively large in size, with a total of more than 100 rooms. This hotel is like most hotels in the Izu Plateau, which welcome pets and prepares related supplies for pets in the hotel.
Room: I booked a standard room with three occupants, although I couldn't see the number of beds in the picture when booking. But the room after check-in is three single beds about 1.2 meters wide, so Japanese hotels should write clearly the number of occupants and the age of children when making an appointment. The hotel shares existing beds or extra beds with adults within a few years old according to the policy.
The room is very clean, the area is comparable to some Japanese local brand express hotels, the bathroom is dry and wet, a separate washstand, bathrobes and bath towels are prepared in the room, and six free bottles of bottled water in the refrigerator are provided for guests. The view is very good. Behind the window is the pet running area. Because the terrain is higher and it is close to the qi coast of the city, you can see the sea.
Dining: Our room does not include meals, and you need to make an appointment if you add meals. I personally understand that hotels here pay more attention to the quality of meals, because they cannot be added temporarily when it comes to procurement, production, etc. It is said that there are French food elements here. It is recommended that the room with meals is convenient and can improve the experience.
Especially mention is that the cosmetics in the room are provided with snow muscle essence.
Public bathroom: on the second floor, very convenient, bathing materials 300 yen/person.
Reception: Check-in is simple, and there are many parking spaces in the parking lot. Check-out is also simple.
Distance of surrounding attractions: 10 minutes drive from Dashishan, 10 minutes drive to the city ケ qi coast, the location is very convenient (very friendly for self-driving tours, because it is on the Izu plateau, it will be tiring to take public transportation).

2203522****The hotel environment is fantastic, with vast lawns and the sea right outside. The outdoor hot springs offer views of the sea and the moon, and the hot springs are amazing. The facilities are also excellent. The hotel's interior decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are quite spacious!

GGuest UserThe structure seems to be a legacy of the bubble era. The luxurious layout allows you to move between the main building and each building via pedestrians.
It's reminiscent of the 5-star hotels of Phuket and Bali of the past. The all-inclusive plan also feels like good value.
Unfortunately, however, maintenance of the interior and exterior has not kept up, and various parts are badly deteriorated. The bathhouse is also made of good granite, so it should be polished properly. The exterior walls are so black that you want to use a Karcher cleaner. I wish it was a little cleaner.

The only disappointing thing was that even though it was Golden Week, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the large building that had overwintered, and my child was bitten by many of them. It was a shame that he was covered in insect bites at the end of April. Mosquitoes also came into the room from the hallway when the door was opened and closed. I killed 10 of them. Also, it was a problem that the shower temperature in the large public bath on the first floor was 40 degrees and the lever could not be changed. Why don't they make it possible to change the temperature? My child said it was too hot, which was a problem.
