The owners of the hotel are very friendly, although sometimes they cannot communicate in English. Fortunately, there is a translation app to help. The meals they provided were also very rich and delicious, and they gave us the chopsticks we picked when we checked in as a gift before we left. The only disadvantage is that the location is relatively remote. If you travel by car, it will be no problem. Otherwise, you have to take a taxi to get in and out, but good things are always difficult to find, so it is still highly recommended.

Very cost-effective, the hotel has only 14 different types of rooms on the second floor, a large area is reserved for hot springs, entertainment rooms, cinemas, massage, and even squash and table tennis. The garden view room is clean, and the toilet is well separated into dry and wet areas. The service is very considerate. In addition to the pick-up station, they took us down the foot of the mountain to buy things and eat several times, and they would pick us up at the appointed time. Because I didn't book breakfast and dinner three days in advance, the ramen restaurant next door is really recommended. The hotel's car can be sent to Omuroyama and the zoo, but not other attractions. In short, it's very good. If any friends go to Izu Plateau, I will definitely recommend it

The best quality of onsen water and spa

The hotel includes breakfast and dinner. The service and ceremony are the best in the hotel I have stayed in for so many years. I have prepared a lot of activities, including the meal link. The ceremony is also full. The only pity is that there is no shuttle bus between multiple venues.

Location of hotel is great, as it is close to the station & coast. Hotel have more of a Breakfast & Bed vibe, with activity at night of a small campfire for roasting of marshmallow & sweet potato if the weather allows. Staff are very friendly & proactive by providing assistance and with the ample food options available nearby. Would definitely recommend this place & would revisit/choice of stay for future visit to Izu.

The hotel environment is fantastic, with vast lawns and the sea right outside. The outdoor hot springs offer views of the sea and the moon, and the hot springs are amazing. The facilities are also excellent. The hotel's interior decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are quite spacious!

The hotel's exterior photos looked quite ordinary, but I chose it because it's part of the Hoshino Resorts group, and I was so pleasantly surprised upon arrival! My room faced the ocean directly, and the interior design was very well thought out. There's an open-air bath on the rooftop where you can soak while enjoying sea views. The hotel's meals were exquisite, and the service deserves a special mention: the staff were friendly and professional. It offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The hotel is new and has a large hot spring, exceeding expectations for a hot spring experience. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the rooms are spacious. Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful, with a small river nearby. Service: Excellent service, highly recommended.

The food was very good. The only disappointing thing was that even though it was Golden Week, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the large building that had overwintered, and my child was bitten by many of them. It was a shame that he was covered in insect bites at the end of April. Mosquitoes also came into the room from the hallway when the door was opened and closed. I killed 10 of them. Also, it was a problem that the shower temperature in the large public bath on the first floor was 40 degrees and the lever could not be changed. Why don't they make it possible to change the temperature? My child said it was too hot, which was a problem.
