The showers on the first floor are a bit inconvenient, especially since I was on the second floor. Overall, the hygiene was very good, no problems there. Some drinks require payment with a wristband."

"The bed was excellent; it wasn't too soft, which is a common issue in most hotels where beds are often overly soft and lack support, leading to an uncomfortable sleep. This one, however, was just right. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but public buses are conveniently accessible right outside. In the evenings, you need a key card to enter the building downstairs, which adds a good layer of security. There are also many bars nearby. Overall, it's a very good place."

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right outside the metro station, and close to both the water bus stop and the bridge. The room was spacious enough, but the shower design was a bit odd; the half-glass partition completely failed to prevent water from splashing out. Because the room faced the main road, it couldn't entirely block out the noise from the tram. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough, as the hair in the sink wasn't cleaned for several consecutive days of my stay.

Anonymous UserMy stay at Novotel Rotterdam was generally good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for families. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, which is practical when travelling with children.
However, there was some dust in the room, and it seemed that the air-conditioning system needed cleaning. Since the windows cannot be opened and no fresh air enters from outside, the air quality in the room was not as good as expected.
The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Their service was one of the main positive aspects of the stay.
The hotel is located relatively far from the city centre. The nearest metro or tram station is about a 10-minute walk away, and it may take slightly longer when travelling with children.

我們入住的房間寬大而乾淨。 從火車站搭乘一站Tram就到。 酒店門面小，樓下的餐廳幾乎遮住了入口，我們在門口來回走了兩趟，才確定是到了。

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the central station, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is a bit old, but some facilities have been renovated, so it's generally acceptable. The breakfast offers a good variety, and you can even order à la carte, plus the service is decent. However, a major pitfall is the Wi-Fi – if you're not careful when connecting, you can easily select a paid option. My husband experienced this, and we immediately went to the front desk to explain and request a cancellation. They initially said there was no charge, but this morning at checkout, the bill still included it. Furthermore, we called for two pairs of slippers and had to call multiple times over two hours before they were finally delivered. It was quite frustrating.

Hotel’s location is superb, within walking distance of the river bank and popular shopping avenues. The room is small because it is Europe, but designed in the way that everything fits well and you don’t feel crowded or inconvenient. Smart technology allows you to control everything from an iPad. So it is compact but efficient for solo travelers in particular. BT the way, nice staff and good/clean reception area dubbed as a living room for socializing.

Anonymous UserQuite a nice hotel that is very close to the flixbus bus stop. Water pressure and heater are great. The air condition gets quite cold but you can always ask the reception to adjust it. It's an old building so every sound made within the building is amplified. Apart from that it was a very good stay.

Guest UserThe room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window.
We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff!
The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.
