Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right outside the metro station, and close to both the water bus stop and the bridge. The room was spacious enough, but the shower design was a bit odd; the half-glass partition completely failed to prevent water from splashing out. Because the room faced the main road, it couldn't entirely block out the noise from the tram. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough, as the hair in the sink wasn't cleaned for several consecutive days of my stay.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is in a very convenient location if you need to be at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the room is spacious and at first sight looks comfortable (it looks better in reality than on the photos I took). Unfortunately, the beds are extremely soft though. That is of course a matter of personal preference and some guests may like the soft mattresses, but I couldn't sleep on them. Fortunately, there was a sofa in the room that was large enough to sleep on and much more comfortable than the beds;-) I might stay here again because of the location, but in terms of beds this would probably not be my first choice.

GeoffchoiWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the major tourist attractions. Initially, we booked a room with our breakfast. The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good. We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long. But we were warned about this when we checked in.

Guest UserWe really liked the hotel and our room. The air conditioning worked very well, the room had a lovely view, and the lobby offered several comfortable areas for working. We also appreciated the self-service Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby.
There are only a few areas that could be improved. The mattress and bedding felt quite old and overly soft, so the bed did not provide the comfort we would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bathroom door did not close properly and had a large cut-out, which offered very little privacy and did not feel appropriate.
Housekeeping also arrived quite late, usually at around 3:00 p.m., and some of the rubbish bins were not emptied.
Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel four stars, but improving the beds, bathroom privacy, and housekeeping consistency would make the experience even better.

Anonymous UserThe building seemed old, but it was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The room itself was stylish too. However, it was a bit small, there was no changing area for the shower, and the sink was tiny and inconvenient to use. There was no ramp at the entrance, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit difficult. Markthal, a famous tourist spot, was right nearby. We enjoyed it, but there was nothing we could buy there at tourist-friendly prices! We only shopped at the supermarket downstairs. The Saturday market in the square behind the hotel was interesting. They sold a variety of things cheaply, like seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, clothing, and杂货, and many locals were also shopping there.

Great location in the city center, very close to the train station. There's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. The service was excellent – very friendly and polite. While it was called an 'executive room,' it was essentially a standard king room, but perfectly adequate and clean.

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night. They do provide water on the first floor.

Guest UserVery good hotel, spacious and comfortable room. I found some dust in the coffee machine and in a few other spots, but otherwise it was quite clean and comfortable, with good beds and enough storage. A shame there were no sheer curtains on the windows, as there was a lot of direct view into the room! The breakfast was good quality but a bit simple, though still very tasty. The staff were super nice, and the hotel smells pleasant when you walk in, which is lovely. Overall, a very good hotel. I would come back if I'm ever in Rotterdam again. Thanks!

Guest UserWe had a lovely stay in the king family room. It was a nice clean room with king size bed and bunk bed. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was a good size and clean. We left our bags in their storage the next day which was easy and safe. We would stay here again.
