"We recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.
Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene.
Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness."

Amazing
YYoman BrunsonThe staff is great. Very friendly and was able to get us checked in a little bit earlier than expected. The rooftop pool is a great place to hangout, and the gym is nice to get a workout. Stayed in a corner room facing the airport so the room was a little bit noisy throughout the night. The buttons for the curtains didn't work which took away from the room a bit. But receiving a welcome gift from the staff was a nice touch. Would stay again here especially if having an early flight. Easy to work to the airport.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.
IIC SumileThe staff were generally warm, friendly, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated.
However, we did have some concerns with housekeeping. The room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom sink was not properly wiped down, and the mini table in the living area still had chocolate stains even after housekeeping. The bedsheets were also not changed despite the proper indications being in place. The bath essentials were almost empty when we first used them, and although we left a note requesting refills, it would have been better if this had been checked proactively. The amenity kits also felt a bit lacking.
On a positive note, our experience at Conrad Spa Manila was the highlight of our stay. It was truly worth the splurge and the best thing we did during our visit.
We hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.
GGuest UserI had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of.
The food was also excellent — delicious, well-prepared, and definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
11347280****The hotel had a strange smell, and the windows couldn't be opened! There was no ventilation, and the hotel is really old. I recommend everyone to avoid staying here! There's a Hilton and Sheraton nearby, which I'm sure are much better. This hotel isn't even as good as an all-season hotel in China, and the breakfast was also (the review cuts off here).
GGuest UserNot sure how it's got so many good reviews, maybe most of the reviewers have never really travelled before.
This place is very money orientated, its not cheap for what you get. We checked in 12:30pm and was told they would waive the early check-in fee which was good however not in 40 years of travel have I ever been charged if the room was available and it wasnt 7am. Different story on check out day I only wanted to use the pool showers to freshen up as we had a late flight and was told Id have to pay 3000 pesos for a late checkout until 6pm. Again everywhere I've stayed in the past would let me sit by the pool and hang out at the hotel after checkout till my flight. The rooms were poor with no duvet, just the very unhygienic wrap some sheets around a common blanket method. Some of the power points and usbs didn't work. Mini bar was empty. There wasn't enough space for two suitcases. The room service was western prices, the free water wasnt really enough to wash your teeth and a coffee. The doors were extremely noisy closing and ours had a big gap underneath and down the side letting noise and light in. The corridors were also very noisy. The road noise was very loud too. The pool was very old and tired, you wouldn't want to sit up there anyway as the disco music was so very loud it just want nice ambience. The location is good but it stinks so bad next to Manila bay. Budget Wyndham or not it doesn't match the price tag.
GGuest UserHoliday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts offers a convenient stay right next to Resorts World and close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport — making it ideal for travelers in transit or short city breaks.
GGuest UserWe stayed one night. All good, amenities clean, accomondating staff,. The smalls are small but soooo spacious, and everything is juts provided in the room, from clean towels to vanity kits to lotions.... but ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKING ROOMS, even at the buffet, people smoke and it's bothering for us, non-smokers.. Still , I like that the rooms did not smell of the smoke from the hallway...
AAnonymous UserThe room is comportable for family of three and had a great view The staffs are helpful and welcoming. The place is perfect for exploring manila.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Then Selah Garden Hotel for one night with my wife and our child. The location is acceptable, but the hotel is not particularly classy. The amenities are limited, with only an outdoor swimming pool available.
For me, the price is not very favorable considering what is offered. The parking area is quite small and operates on a first come, first served basis, which can be inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was decent and manageable, but it is not really worth the price. There is room for improvement.
