Great
AAjaimomoBig room, very comfortable bed, nice air conditioning, delicious breakfast, veryz comforting service, and the view and the details in interior design is great. Right next to mall of Asia and ikea, so perfect for shopping. Pretty close to main tourist spots as well.
WWanderLenIf u have a flight at Terminal 3 NAIA, this Hotel at Newport city is okay. Just simple observation; Service at check-in and check-out is bit disappointing, so slow process, it's bit busy but only 2-3 front desk attendants, to think it is weekend. I notice at express lane but no attendant standing there. Service at security and bellmans are okay but standing most service for me are the pool attendant, Mr Bert & Nil, so much knowledge on the hotel service and very attentive to all pool guests, kudos guys! Room attendants in our floor are friendly and giving smile to guests even we saw them tired are well appreciated.
To all other guest coming from other country to book this hotel, prepare Pesos for deposit coz they never accept other currencies in case u will use cash as deposit. Nwei, we'll be back again.
JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.
DDamien FieldThe location is excellent for entertainment quarters and shopping, the staff friendly and helpful and the room spacious and clean. While not an avid TV watcher there was no channels due to a tech Italy issue. Four days later nothing resolved and no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. Ah well.
SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.
RRhodee458I purchased this hotel room for my sister-in-law who had a next day flight and it was amazing. You call them to get picked up at the airport and they offer drop-off service too. The van used to bring you is a fancy Benz. Overall, a great experience!!!
P.S. My 6-year old nephew said it looks like the hotel is made of gold🤭
NnocheesepleaseThe hotel was modern, clean and the location was excellent! The hotel was located near attractions and they provide a shuttle service from the mall to the hotel. If you have a car, they also have free parking for guests.
The rooms had ample space, though the toiletries were basic and the towels looked old. I loved the rooftop pool/bar the view was fantastic and there was a nice breeze.
The service was superb as everyone was professional and kind. Would book again 👍
AAnonymous UserLocated very close to the airport. Passable clean experience for the price paid, but several annoyances. Firstly, hot water wasn't working. Secondly, there were no towels in the room (though staff sent them over very quickly). The aircon in my room was also very loud at times, like a construction drill if not set to fan mode. Finally, the airport shuttle was not as advertised. I could not contact them via the hotline when I arrived, even with the help of the tourism desk. I had to take a grab. And when departing, for some weird reason only even numbered hours have free shuttle, and you have to pay 200 pesos if you want a shuttle in even numbered hours (just take a Grab, it is cheaper)
Staff were helpful and had good service. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall it was a mixed experience and I would say manage your expectations.
GGuest UserIt was okay, you get what you pay for I guess. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are thin and you basically get an airport blanket for the night. Netflix didn’t work and the majority of channels on the TV were unavailable. The room only has a chiller, not a fridge, and I would argue that it didn’t chill much if anything. 3-1 shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and house keeping will wake you up every day at 8:30.
Ccarindra untoroWe were staying on Room 212, the receptionist & the bell boy (Joric) are friendly & helpful.
The room was smelt mouldy as there was no window can be opened. So we must blasted the air cond on powerful mode to reduce the mold smelt. Air cond worked good & cold but there was no blanket on the room where we stayed.
The noise came from Room 213 & the chicken farm next door. As they Rooster kept crowing from 01.00 am until we checked out at 11.35am.
