GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.

The room was clean, ilove the scent of the room smells so fresh & clean and the balcony was relaxing. Very convenient to everything. Close to the airport, walking distance to the mall and lots of food options and open all night so no matter when you get hungry there are still plenty of places to eat.

MMarianne from UKWe stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone.
The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded.
Our room itself was fine â the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely.
The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor.
Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets.
Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night.
Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.

GGuest UserThe room was almost clean, except for old underwear under the bed. There was a chair on the balcony that collapsed under me the first second I sat on it â luckily, I caught myself. Check-in was late, so I had to wait for an assistant. The bedding seemed clean, but it was well-worn. The sea view from the window was exactly as described. Check-out was more difficult than check-in; I sat at the reception for over 3 hours waiting for my deposit refund. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, as my internet ran out. In short, I didn't wait any longer and went into town to try and pay for internet, but that's another story. Later, when I got connected, I called a hotel employee and it turned out they had lost track of me. They refunded my deposit via transfer to a third-party card, for which I'm very grateful. Photos are attached.
