GGuest UserBest location for the grandest pyromusical with several options to watch the show including dining offers. Friendly, reliable and accommodating staff. Superior room is spectacularly spacious for a family with kid/s and the amenities were well-enjoyed by all.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

AAnonymous UserI am a repeat customer although I am now assigned to Unit 3420. U have always enjoyed my staybas always since almost all the amenities were provided included those not listed in the platform. You just have to ask and the person you are in contact with would provide it to the best of his abilities. On top of this, I had great city view, clean restroom and kitchen counters. Sleep is also undisrupted and generally peaceful. Will definitely return here sometime.

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.

The ambiance was peaceful, the amenities were excellent, and everything we needed was conveniently available. It truly felt like a mini getaway from our daily routine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy quality time close to home!

AAnonymous UserIt's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of the trip, featuring high-quality dishes that definitely deserve high praise. While the food served was excellent, expanding the variety of choices in the buffet would take the dining experience to the next level.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.
