SSaud.AlqahtaniHonestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent.

The rooms are clean from the inside but not so tidy from the outside, but the family's morals are very wonderful.

PPoh Choo TanWe were impressed with the unique and grand architecture and art pieces in the hotel compound. However, the age of the estate showed, and maintenance could be further improved. A few things were missing and not working, e.g. main door's magnet was not working well that needed to be fixed, provided only 1 deck chair but another was brought in later when asked, wine glasses need to be requested. However. We enjoyed our stay, as the lake view and the private pool over looking the lake was great. Bose sound system in the living room made a difference too. Staff was responsive to fix the problems and provide information requested.

The food was delicious, and what really made it stand out was how, despite being on the property, there were so many trees, making you feel truly connected to nature. It was absolutely fantastic! 🤙🏻

BBYThe hotel is in a deep alley. There are many hotels in the chain. Really more like a residential condo than a hotel. There are a lot of Chinese people on tour. Points deducted for breakfast is that you eat it separately with the tour group. It's a big waste, but you're impressed by the good service staff.
