GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally situated near the airport, so very convenient for those who have a short stay in Bankok. They also have an hourly pick-up and drop off service at the airport. Nice variety of food offered at the restaurants. All the staff members were very helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Let's be upfront about the location. Bangna is not central Bangkok, and if you are hoping to step outside and find yourself immersed in the buzz of the city, you may need to adjust your expectations. Getting into the heart of Bangkok requires a little planning and some travel time. That said, for families who are happy to use the hotel as a relaxed base and venture out on their own terms, it really isn't a problem.
The rooms are simple and no-frills, but they are well kept and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything you need is there, and that is genuinely the best way to describe this hotel. It doesn't over-promise, and it delivers on what matters. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which always goes a long way.
For families travelling on a sensible budget who want reliability over luxury, the Journey Hotel Bangna is a solid and honest choice. We left feeling content, rested, and well looked after. Sometimes that is all you need from a hotel, and the Journey delivers it with ease.

BBee897This is my go-to hotel every time I travel internationally. The rooms are spacious, so I can open multiple suitcases comfortably. It's clean, and there are elevators conveniently located near the rooms. They even have a luggage scale, which is super handy. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle every hour. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious.

KK_AroraHotel is very convinient if you have early morning flight - it’s 5 mins walking distance to the airport. Breakfast and dinner buffet is great. Bar area also perfect. Nice service
Area of improvement : Room ventilation is poor. When I entered the room, it has a smell - may be because it was closed for several days with no air through.

GGuest UserThe restroom was spotless. There's also a delicious BBQ place right next door. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. It only cost around 20-something to take a taxi to the airport. Very good value for money. It's suitable for layovers or if you're catching a flight.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient, with no long waits. They proactively informed us about breakfast times, hotel facilities, and local sightseeing tips. The service was thoughtful and attentive.

BBitartClean hotel in good enough for overnight stay between airport and anything else you’re doing, but you have to contend with slightly older room with a shared hot water on the second floor as well. The room does how ever have a TV and mini fridge if that’s something you need. Happy with my one night stay here. There isn’t any fresh food here but they do sell if you see from my pictures the little dry menu that you may want to have in case you don’t make it to the 7-Eleven thats a block down.

GGuest UserThe room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude.
The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

EEdwinTOverall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
