"Clean and comfortable, but beware of the actual driving distance! I booked this hotel to get some rest for a few hours during a flight layover. The property itself was great—very clean, tidy, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The front desk staff is polite and friendly. However, a word of warning to other travelers regarding the location: while it appears to be very close to the airport, the map distances are misleading. Trip.com shows it as 8.1 km away, but that is strictly a straight-line distance. When you actually route the drive on Google Maps, it is a 20 km journey. It's a perfectly good place to rest, but make sure you factor in the actual driving time and taxi fare if you are booking it purely for airport convenience."

"The facilities are a bit dated, it's an old hotel, but it has a swimming pool, spa, and gym. The upside is its proximity to the airport, which is great for late-night arrivals. The service was exceptional; at 3 AM, the front desk staff helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options. We booked a twin room for three people, and they had already prepared an extra bed for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. It's perfect for a good night's rest and a leisurely breakfast to get refreshed quickly."

The hotel’s breakfast area was bright and inviting, offering a nice variety of fresh food to start the day right. Even the small details — like the fragrance in the hallways and the soft background music — added to the experience. "I like it a lot here, great service, room is neat, high standards, shower is perfect, swimming pool is big, breakfast is nice and its a pretty good price. Only one thing, it was noisy in the morning, ppl chatting, slamming the doors, wheeling bags and stuff. I was asleep so it was kinda annoying."

"Please be mindful that the hotel doesn't do pickups from the airports. So, in addition, it will cost at least 300 baht for from and to airport service. Location is ok, not too far 7/11 shop and a few cheap cateries. Room was presented as advertised, but a few amenities were broken like sink tap and shower curtains were absent. Also, no complementary water bottles inside the refrigerator. But get this, they will provide it for you if you leave a good review for the hotel. Right....!"

"This is my go-to hotel every time I travel internationally. The rooms are spacious, so I can open multiple suitcases comfortably. It's clean, and there are elevators conveniently located near the rooms. They even have a luggage scale, which is super handy. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle every hour. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious."

"I booked this hotel because I arrived in the early hours and didn't want the hassle of going into the city. Due to the unusual arrival time, I wasn't sure how to select the date, so I just went with the typical domestic booking method. Shortly after booking, I received an email and realized the date was incorrect. After emailing them, they helped me adjust it without needing to cancel and rebook. Then, my flight was heavily delayed, and with a lot of people, I ended up arriving at the hotel nearly two hours later than planned. Throughout this, I communicated with them multiple times via email, and they assured me they would hold my room, which was a huge relief. They even started counting the 4-hour stay from my actual check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is located a bit further in, off the airport express line. The room isn't large, but for a by-the-hour room, which is essentially for temporary stays, I think it was excellent."
