I don't know if it's because I went to Disneyland during the off-season, but considering it's a hostel, having one bathroom per room was enough, the location was really, really good, the price was cheap, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, and although it's embarrassing to call it breakfast, there were quite a few free snacks, and the room had a fridge and a microwave. The only downside was that I have a dust mite allergy, so I wore shoes in the room and my allergies flared up, so it was a bit difficult...
If you're looking for a hostel, this is perfect. It's okay. The bus stop is right in front of you ㅋㅋ"

GGuest UserDisneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Jjoyceswy🏰 Ideal Spot for a Disneyland Visit
We stayed here during our Disneyland trip and found it to be a great choice for the occasion. The hotel is within walking distance to both Disneyland and Disney Downtown, which made getting around super convenient.
🍽️ The room was equipped with a microwave—a nice touch for quick meals or snacks. Everything else was quite standard, nothing fancy, but it had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
🛍️ There are pharmacies and other shops nearby, so essentials are easy to grab. If you're coming for Disney, this place is definitely worth considering.
👍 Overall: Simple, practical, and well-located for Disney-goers.

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

GGuest UserThe room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room.

HhyoucksThe location is fantastic and the fridge keeps things super cold. However, the bathtub looks like it's 40 years old. At the very least, renovating the bathroom would make a huge difference. The water pressure was incredibly weak, just a trickle weaker than a slow stream. The bathtub was also clogged with gunk, and we had to call security to unblock it. I really regretted not spending a bit more money. And the dishwasher probably needs replacing too; guests had to search for ages to find a clean plate. Maybe it's my fault for booking a cheap hotel and then writing this kind of review...

AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

WWeiypThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to Disneyland and within walking distance. It's near the elevated highway but we weren't bothered by noise; the soundproofing was acceptable. Parking is $34 per day, including tax.

On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
