Great
GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is not high, but the location is great. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the stadium to watch an ice hockey game. It is mainly a hotel for fans. The breakfast for self-stay is average. In short, it is convenient for guests without a car to stay for one night.

SShania AnrieWe stayed here or 4 nights during our Disneyland and Disney California Adventure trip, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The reception staff were consistently helpful, insightful, and clearly experts in what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. While the breakfast wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I recognize that’s a matter of preference. Our room was fully equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and even a bathtub. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly together, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.

GGuest UserTypical motel with a very basic, simple breakfast: milk, waffles, coffee, and bread. No eggs, no sausage, nothing like that. However, you can ask the front desk for frozen burgers and sandwiches, which you can heat up in your room and take to Disney for a quick bite. The room was pretty clean, but the floors are definitely very thin. We were on the first floor and could hear creaking whenever someone walked around upstairs. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend staying on the second floor. The shuttle bus to Disney was quite convenient.

CChanElsaThe hotel is very close to Disneyland, and you can see the fireworks from the room at night. The location is really good. I chose this hotel because they have a laundry room. The front desk staff are very patient and friendly. Please note that the hotel may be full, so we cannot check in early around 2:50 when we arrived, and we have to wait until 3 o'clock to get the room card. In addition, the room settings are quite old, and the light on the bathroom sink is broken. If you want to wash clothes, you need to buy the washing powder yourself. You can get it at the canteen and check it out at the front desk. It costs 2 dollars for a small box (the amount of clothes for one wash). There are 2 washing machines in the laundry room that are broken, so I waited a long time to wash clothes in the morning. In addition, the breakfast is really bad and there are few varieties. If you don’t have laundry or you can accept the hotel’s paid laundry/drying service, I personally recommend not to book this hotel.

AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops. Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.

GGuest UserVery clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.
