The biggest highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle service to and from Disneyland! It drops you off right at the park entrance, so you don't have to wake up early to walk or take a taxi. You can sleep in and head out at your leisure. Even when the park closes late at night, there's a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the hotel. After a whole day of walking, your feet are probably killing you, so having a shuttle is such a lifesaver! The shuttle drivers are all very friendly, and the service is always on time. The only thing to remember is to check the shuttle schedule in advance so you don't miss the last bus. 🏨 Room & Facilities The room was very clean, and the two large beds were perfect for two adults and two children. There's also a bathtub, which was super relaxing for a soak after a long day. All the basic amenities are provided, including a fridge, microwave, and TV. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were both quick.

Come to the Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the exhibition, about 10 minutes walk from the exhibition. You can eat on foot around the hotel. It is also close to Disney.

We booked a 2-room suite, to be precise, a twin bed + a bunk bed room for children. The bunk bed room has no windows, and can only be exhausted to the twin bed room by exhaust fans, but there is a separate bathroom and sink; Breakfast is semi-self-service, meat slices and eggs are provided by the waiter in limited quantities, with a maximum of 2 slices of meat, and a maximum of 2 muffins per person, basically there is not much to choose from.

The location is convenient for walking to Disneyland. The parking was great. The service was great. The parking spot is right outside the door. The room did not have bugs on the floor or bed. The cleaning was okay as there were things that could use scrubbing. If you are looking for a place to park all day for Disneyland and take a nap with your kids this is perfect. For overnight stays the noise level and parking were good for us but there are bums around Disneyland walking around so just be aware that it is not a hotel thing. The only upgrade for me to come again is the bed is way too hard for me to sleep comfortably.

If you are planing to go to Disneyland, this hotel is great! Located very near the park only a few mins drive. I decided to spend time until the park close, my friends drove back to the hotel first. I took a shuttle bus to Toy Story parking lot and just walk across the street. Service vice, no staff to help you unload the luggage from car. Breakfast line is acceptable. No cleaning between your stay but they give you extra towels.

All good, have 24 hour desk and parking on site. Room is clean with basic amenities provided. Good place for overnight stay. Neighbourhood is safe and walkable to Anaheim convention centre and Disneyland

I took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

They gave me a different room than what I had booked at first, the sheets in that room were dirty, the floor was cracked, and the couch was broken. I switched over to the room I had originally booked and it’s cleaner but the bathroom door doesn’t even close and the beds are super hard. I didn’t pay that much though so I guess you get what you pay for. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
