I have already reviewed it. The reason why I separated the two orders was because I was hesitant. Later, I booked it again without thinking too much. The room is really good, but the geographical environment is hard to describe.

Our stay at this lovely hotel was very nice. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the interstate loop for getting around Charlotte. The room was a one bedroom suite. It was set up well for accommodation of the three of our party. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our weekend stay & would choose the same location upon further travels.

Ms Envy AllofmeWe traveled to Charlotte for my 17 yr old daughter birthday. The hotel is next door to Southgate Mall. There's plenty of fine dining within walking distance of the hotel & the hotel has a nice restaurant in it as well. Room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed time at the pool. I would book again for sure.

The lobby is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy. There is a $50 deposit for any damages that is returned to you after check out (3-4 business days). We arrived during their happy hour. Each adult got 2 free drinks and complementary snacks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower was nice and big and had plenty of hot water. But there wasn't much water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The indoor pool was warm and very spacious. They have a kitchen here and the food was pretty good compared to the pricing. The breakfast was amazing. There were many different options for you to choose from, including a fresh omelet stand. I would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.

YINGThe bathroom conditions are average, a bit peculiar, and breakfast is average. The room is quite big. The experience is not so good, it feels not worth the price.

Great location for an early morning flight. Staff are friendly but reception can get a bit overwhelmed at times. Would stay there again.

Guest UserIt was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. The hotel is large. The breakfast was different from other hotels. It was very rich and well-served. The service fee is quite high in the United States.
