The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with a European style. Its location is super convenient for the main cruise to Fansipan Mountain, as the cable car station is right below the hotel. Guided car excursions are also nearby, next to the church, about 200 meters from the hotel. I recommend it!

They offer excellent service and a tranquil environment, ideal for family stays, away from the city's hustle. Bicycle rentals are available through reception for your convenience. Cuisine is exceptional, and I highly recommend trying our delicious Pho, available with your choice of beef or chicken.

This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Sapa, located on a quiet street. The interiors are beautiful, and the room was beyond exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was spotlessly clean and smelled delightful. Absolutely incomparable! I was checked in a little earlier than the official check-in time, and they gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to see. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. The staff are incredibly friendly. On my last day, I fell ill, and they surrounded me with such incredible care. It was so touching and, of course, very much appreciated. Wendy, in particular, helped me a lot. I am immensely grateful to her for everything she did for me. I had bad weather during my trip to Sapa, so I definitely need to come back and stay at this hotel again; I wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else. Best of luck to the owners and all the staff! I had a wonderful stay at KK Hotel Sapa and really enjoyed my experience. One of the highlights was my room on the 16th floor, which offered beautiful panoramic views of the lush green valleys and mountains surrounding Sapa. Waking up to that scenery was definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated having a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Sapa. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Another feature I found very convenient was the hotel’s unique layout, with two lobbies—one on the 1st floor and another on the 15th floor. The 15th-floor lobby was especially useful because it made getting to the Muong Hoa Street area much easier and more convenient. It was nice not having to go all the way down to the main lobby when heading out to explore. Overall, KK Hotel Sapa offers spacious and comfortable rooms, stunning views, and a very convenient setup. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sapa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Sapa itself is a destination that is truly worth visiting. The weather is cool and refreshing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed visiting Cat Cat Village and Fansipan, both of which were beautiful and memorable experiences. The fresh mountain air, amazing landscapes, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable. One small issue was that there appeared to be construction work taking place nearby, possibly for new hotels or shops. During the daytime, especially around noon, the noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to take an afternoon nap. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Pistachio Hotel Sapa as well as Sapa itself to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The beautiful views, pleasant climate, and excellent hotel facilities made this a memorable holiday.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Anna at the reception for her excellent Chinese-speaking skills, which made communication very easy, and to David for his fluent English and outstanding service. Both of them were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Hotel DeLaSol has an amazing location right in the Sapa city center, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special highlight was the beautiful cake they provided for us—such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend this place

hotel was beautiful. great view, spacious. had a fireplace, complimentary bottle of wine, bathtubs. not hard to get to city centre and there is a buggy service for transport within the resort. we had a great time!

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
