Amazing
HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!
GGuest UserThe staff were lovely and always available to help us.
While the rooms are a bit far from the reception, you just need to call and a buggy will pick you up immediately, so it's really not an issue.
The room was well-equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the nice view due to bad weather and fog, but the heated mattress kept us warm at night.
The hotel offers discounts on the spa and bar, and they're very accommodating if you arrive before check-in. We were able to wait by the pool and enjoy the spa. You absolutely must try their exceptional massage; it's more expensive than in town, but the quality is incomparable.
The breakfast and restaurant were incredible too, with lots of specialties to try.
The hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center by Grab taxi.
TTom Sawyer SpbA great location for those who are tired of vain and want to be closer to nature. Great views on mountains and valley. Minus can bet for not working the Internet in the room, had to connect to the neighboring bungalow. Very pleasant and kind staff (separate thanks to Wang, a couple of times he helped us very much). Breakfasts are modest but delicious, too can be eaten well. In general, there is a very nice impression.
CCLLowVisited in week 1 of Feb 2026. I stayed in the dorm and had a really pleasant stay. The place and room is as described and as pictures in the listing. Therefore there is no need for me to upload photos.
Great location with easy access to town, though it’s on a hill so I had to climb some stairs. My dorm room didn’t have a view, but the rooftop offers stunning views. If my budget allowed, I would go for a mountain-view room. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always helpful.
Mega View also helped me arrange a day trekking - upload photos. My guide, Ms. Nini from Lao Chai village, was wonderful — she introduced and explained everything clearly, and was happy to share more whenever I had questions. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized stay!
YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.
FFrosty TravellerIf you are looking for a place to chill and relax, this is it! Very quiet and peaceful environment with good scenery. It a 10min drive or ride to the Sapa Centre. Receptionist is very friendly too. The Bungalow is a must try, unique architecture and cozy inside felt like resort!
GGuest UserHad a lovely relaxing time at the resort.
Just on the outskirts of Sapa Town, so it was very peaceful and quiet, away from the traffic and crowds.
But still easily accessible by taxi/grab
Wonderful helpful and efficient staff. From front desk to housekeeping.
Front desk staff were super with recommendations for day trips, booking of tours and transport
House keeping , bellboys were fast and efficient
Every one was very friendly and helpful
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, quiet space, open and beautiful view, the owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the chef cooks very well, suitable for our family's taste, the only downside is that it is far from the market center. The commune is nearly 2km, so it's a bit inconvenient (this is not significant if you like to walk). I will come back next time.
GGuest UserThis homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby.
If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)
SSyamilah bintiThe place are very nice. Their receptionist also helpful even though we need to communicate thru Google translate.. The room is clean.. View superb.. but if for older citizens the road to it, need to climb up and down.
