Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was well presented, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of both Western and Asian dishes. One of the highlights was the beautiful landscape views from the restaurant. However, I had two concerning experiences during my stay. On the third day, my key chain, which held the keys to all of my suitcases, went missing. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I also encountered an issue with the in-room safe: the code I had set worked when I first locked my valuables inside, but later it would no longer open the safe. Again, nothing was missing once the issue was resolved. I have been travelling for nearly two months, staying in multiple hotels across three other countries, and I have never had belongings go missing or experienced any problems with a hotel safe before. I can't say what caused these incidents, but they were certainly unsettling. That said, the staff were supportive and did their best to help resolve both issues, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but with some caution based on my experience.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Azalea Sapa Hotel

We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

D Home Sapa: A Memorable Stay in Charming Bungalows My recent stay at D Home Sapa was truly a delightful experience, marked by beautiful scenery, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality. Nestled in the stunning landscape of Sapa, this property offers a unique combination of rustic charm and modern amenities that makes it a perfect retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Breathtaking Views and Tranquil Atmosphere One of the most remarkable features of D Home Sapa is its breathtaking views. The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for. Comfortable Accommodations The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. The wooden interiors gave the bungalows a warm and homey feel, while modern touches added convenience without compromising the rustic charm. I particularly appreciated the spacious balcony that came with my bungalow, where I enjoyed morning coffee and absorbed the serene views. Access to Activities and Local Culture D Home Sapa serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the region. The property is conveniently located near various trekking paths that meander through picturesque villages, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and interact with the warm-hearted hill tribes. During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion. Culinary Delights Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him. The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
