"We stayed at the hotel for 4D3N. The location is quite convenient—about a 14-minute walk to Sun Plaza and close to Sapa Lake. It’s also easily accessible to many local restaurants, which made exploring the area very enjoyable.
The room itself was good, and we had a comfortable stay overall. However, it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning, as we noticed some dust accumulation in certain corners.
Despite this, we had a pleasant experience and would still consider it a good stay overall."

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

Aha Terrace Hotel is a 21-room property in the centre of Sapa, built around one thing: the view of the valley. Most of our rooms look out over the mountain range, and the balcony rooms - including four on the top floor with unobstructed panoramas - let you have your morning coffee watching the light move across the terraced fields. Rooms range from quiet inner-facing standards to family rooms of up to 30 m2. All of them come with a private bathroom and hot shower, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, wardrobe, work desk and blackout curtains. There is an in-house massage room for guests who want to unwind after a day of trekking. Being in the centre of town means the market, the church square and the tour pick-up points are all a short walk away. It also means that street-facing rooms may hear early-morning motorbikes: earplugs and blackout curtains are provided in every room, and light sleepers are welcome to ask us for a quieter side-view room when booking. Please note that the 2nd floor is not served by the lift.

Marie JungView,amenities and politeness of the staff are superb! 🫶🏻 I had a peaceful stay :)
The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them.
They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you.

This has been the best hotel experience I've had in Sapa so far. The hotel boasts excellent views and the interior spaces are also incredibly impressive and satisfying. There was also an incident where my mother left her purse on the lobby sofa. A young staff member helped us keep it safe. We're very grateful to him; it really put my mother at ease.

HeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

RT TanLocation is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night.
Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize)
Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff.
Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

Guest UserThe location is very convenient as it is just a walking distance to Cafe's and Restaurant. One of the highlights of our stay was a FREE room upgrade to a mountain view with a balcony. My Sister was very happy as upon waking up on her birthday the balcony scenery and the stunning panoramic view of the valley on the rooftop pool is stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the funicular train passing through the Muong Hoa Valley added a unique charm to the overall experience.
I would recommend this hotel to my friends who are coming to Sapa.

Guest UserI was very impressed with my 2-night stay here. The standard room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great and convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. Most importantly, the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful, and very helpful throughout my stay. I give it a full 5-star rating in all aspects. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.
