Sisan Family Resort

Visited Sisan Resort with our family recently and had a wonderful time. The resort and all of the amenities seemed brand new - down to the cutlery and tableware in the drawers. We stayed for a week in April so didn't get to use the pool much as temperatures were a little low and water was quite cold. Our room was very close to reception etc. which was brilliant but the resort is small enough to make everything easily accessible and was very child friendly. The best parts of the resort were; Kids Club - Staff incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. Breakfast - Plentiful, Varied and Delicious Indoor Playroom - Seemed to be open 24/7 which was great for early risers. Location - Very close to Cisano and the bike path to other towns. WiFi - Strong Signal everywhere. The only bits that I felt could use improvement were; Some of the reception staff were a bit abrupt and not the best at explaining things - for example one of the ladies gave me a ferry timetable and didn't seem to know anything about the local buses. The sitting room was in dire need of a reading light or a dimmer switch for the evenings and a table near the couch for drinks. Overall we loved every minute of our stay, our children loved the playroom and the outdoor playground and the Kids Club. Our accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. We would recommend to everyone.

The place is paid for families. The staff is kind and nice. The pool and facilities are perfect for children. You can rent a bike from the hotel and go to Lake Garda. The food is very tasty. The rooms are perfect. I recommend taking the rooms with the garden. The place gets a score of 100. Perfect and suitable for families

Just back from a week in a 2 bed apar**ent. Family of four, kids 10 and 12. Really impressed with the resort. The room was clean and serviced daily. Bedrooms were spacious, living area a little small but we were barely there. The main pool was busy but good. The kids enjoyed the slides. Service at the pool bar was a little hit and miss dependant on who was serving, but the food we had there was good. Breakfast was only ok. The on site shop had good selection. 5 minute walk to Cisano where there are several restaurants. We enjoyed good food and excellent service in all we tried. We used the ferry and the local buses to get about, both were good. We hired a paddle board and pedalow on the lake which was great fun. Take bug spray. We got lots of bites on our first evening there. Also of note, the supermarkets do not sell medication, not even paracetamol. There is a pharmacy within walking distance but easier to take what you may need. We would recommend this resort.

Since our last visit four years, the park has greatly improved. We booked via Allcamps and stayed in a Roan Premium. The location is the big draw plus the new pool is fantastic aswell as the Sisano Restaurant. It's a perfect location for boat hire, bike hire, theme park action and no car hire required! The lake walk is so lovely and you can swim with ducklings. Lidl is in walking distance and cheaper than the site market as expected.

Just back from a two week stay in Sisan. Our children are 8 and 5. We have stayed in a few different campsites on the lake before but this one tops them all. We absolutely loved it. All the benefits of staying at a campsite but with comfort level of a hotel. The apar**ents are modern and spacious and such a treat to have the room serviced daily. The location is fab between the two beautiful towns or Bardolino and Lazise. They're both about 40 mins walk especially with children but such a nice walk along the lakeside. There are several lake side restaurants however, all very good within a five min walk. Food at the restaurant is great too and all the staff we met were really lovely. The place is immaculate. The kids also loved the kids club. I would highly recommend it.

Great family holiday, apar**ent and grounds are immaculate. Pool area can get quite busy, but eases off late afternoon. Staff on reception are very helpful. More suited to families with young children, not teens. Walk into bardolino 30 mins along lake, stunning location. Trips to Verona and Venice, bus service is not reliable and when they did turn up they were rammed. Spent a fortune on taxis. Highly recommend tho!

We’re just home from a week here and absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday. Two pools, water slides for all ages, play park, kids club, indoor soft play and mini disco. Just brilliant. There’s also an outdoor inflatables area open in the evening (not free of charge but not expensive) in the camping area in the resort and a small supermarket there also. It’s not advertised but they provide strollers for little ones free of charge. This was a huge plus point for us. Our son is 4 so no longer uses a stroller at home but we like to walk and explore on foot when on holiday, so the stroller was fantastic and allowed us to do this. Lazise and Bardolino both within walking distance. Bus stop 2 mins walk from the resort as an option too. The 2 bedroom apar**ents were great - modern with spacious bedrooms. We loved the fact that once our son was asleep, we could still have a bit of an evening to ourselves with the separate living room area & terrace. Breakfast buffet really fresh, the staff were lovely and the food and drinks at the restaurant were not expensive at all. Writing this review is really making me want to rebook!
