Staff were friendly.
I was offered a free bus pass for the duration of my stay, but I wasn't explained the other benefits straight away.
Also, I was expecting tea/coffee facilities in my room, but I did not have any.
Hotel situated close to station, so getting around was easy.

Near the train station. 3mins walk. Platform 20 has a ramp at the end that leads to the back of the hotel. Air conditioning was not really working and rooms were stuffy.

Very well located, just 5 mind away from the central station. The amenities is very limited but we can borrow it from reception.

I’m travelling with family of 8ppls and staying in this hotel for 2nights. Out of 4rooms, all 3 rooms with issue like smelly room (like dead body inside the room), only one lightbulb is working, door knob got issue, stuffy room.. too many issue that we don’t know where shud we start to complaint. Old hotel and need a lot improvement. Check in staff is friendly. Breakfast consider average. No photo because nothing to shot out with.

Very satisfied, convenient transportation, close to the train station, three minutes walk from the door, sufficient living facilities around, the town is very quiet, very suitable for landing in Switzerland for transit, of course, it is also good to go to Colmar
