Останавливали в семейном номере. В первом номере не работал слив туалета и лейка душа тоже не работала. Попросили переселить. Переселили. С туалетом и ванной все было хорошо, работало, но чистота…. Оставляла желать лучшего. Останавливаться с ребенком(а мы были с 9ти месячным) не советую, от слова совсем!

Спросили фен, сказали, что он "сломался, не успели починить". Спросил, что за десерт в меню, сказали "недавно закончился". Еда очень плохо приготовлена, простые блюда испорчены (пересолено, пережарено). Одна из двух кроватей не была застелена, стелили своими силами. Умывальных принадлежностей не было. Номер сам по себе аккуратный, уютный. Цена за данный уровень сервиса высокая.
