I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

All was good

Huge lines. The number was not cleared. There are no cleaners. There is no service. There is always a queue for the elevators. The elevators themselves have to wait for several minutes.

I went for a vacation to batumi and stayed in orbi city bloc c. Everything was more than expected and very nice and jack the supervisor helped us so much and gave us great ideas. It is a place i am looking forward to visit soon for the great atmosphere and great hospitality

I recently stayed at the Orbi City Block C apartments in Georgia and had an exceptional experience. The modern amenities, stunning views, and prime location made it a perfect choice for my stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the comforts needed for a relaxing visit. Hello, I was in Batumi for business reasons, I lived in three different blocks, such as A/C/D, beautiful buildings, overlooking the sea, overlooking the mountains, everything is very close and most importantly you can get there quickly, I also want to say a special thank you to the person who works at the guest relations named Edgar, a very kind guy, always helped me, to print documents, call a taxi and advised cool places in Batumi, I wish him all the best, I saw him in three blocks such as A/C/D and was very glad to see him, I wish him career growth, I will come many more times, see you soon and thank you.

Hello, i lived in block D, beautiful building, beautiful sea view, as well as mountain views, good location, shops, restaurants, everything is very close and convenient, i want to say a huge thank you to guest relations Edgar, who advised me on the best places in Batumi, i will always turn to him for advise, Batumi is one of the best resorts, Edgar you are the best !!!

Checked into Orbi Block A, and the supervisor Jack was phenomenal. He was extremely welcoming, punctual and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I'm excited to return next summer, Thanks so much guys!!!

DON'T GO THERE!!! UPDATE: they threatened me to delete my review! the staff was rude, the girl who was in the "office" was lying on a couch when inviting me in to check in. The reception didn't know what I was coming. They said - it is a private owned apartment, we do not care. It was dirty, smelled of cigarettes and garlic and there is NO PARKING
