You’re just a few minutes away from Lake Powell, which has been a great source for kayakers and taking out the paddle board and fishing. There are nearby public boat ramps, shopping, dining, grocery, drug stores, banking, coffee house, medical facilities, beach stores, outdoor concert/green space areas and more. Publix anchored Ocean Park Pavilion shopping center almost across the street offers a variety other very convenient dining and retail establishments "near home". You will find Popular Pier Park and much, much more is only 7 miles east with the Panama City Beach airport is only 17 miles away. We have a highchair as well as a pack-and-play in the unit for guest use. Please bring your own sheet for the pack-and-play, as we do not provide them. Relax in comfort in the gracefully furnished family room while viewing gorgeous sunsets, watching glistening emerald-green Gulf, and listening to waves gently washing onto the sugar white beaches. Our home has a propane gas grill 1-car garage with additional parking in the driveway This access is just west of the southern end of the street. You have fast and better access to the famous 30A beach road that accounts for many of our upscale beach communities in the area, such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor and more. You’re just a few minutes away from Lake Powell, which has been a great source for kayakers and taking out the paddle board and fishing. There are nearby public boat ramps, shopping, dining, grocery, drug stores, banking, coffee house, medical facilities, beach stores, outdoor concert/green space areas and more. Publix anchored Ocean Park Pavilion shopping center almost across the street offers a variety other very convenient dining and retail establishments "near home". You will find Popular Pier Park and much, much more is only 7 miles east with the Panama City Beach airport is only 17 miles away. Beach Access: Bay County Public Beach Access 95 is the closest beach access point to this home. It’s about a 5 to 6-minute walk. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip.
