Batihan Vadi Hotel

A very nice hotel. Super beautiful landscapes! With beautiful animals. The animation team is incredible, Selim he is so kind! we enjoy with him.It was really an incredible stay. I love really this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved our stay at Batihan Vadi during half term. The hotel complex is beautiful, with views of the hills, and surrounded by nature. We had a golf buggy tour the first morning, with Yiğit, who showed us the ostrich, emu, sheep, peacocks and gazelle. He was around all week and was so helpful, making us feel very welcome. There's loads to do for a relaxing stay: mini golf, darts, table tennis, swimming with (admittedly freezing) outdoor pools and a spa centre with indoor pool, sauna, hammam. We also took a day trip to Ephesus which was a great experience. The site is large, but walkable, and you can whatsapp at any time for a golf buggy to collect you and take you to some of the further areas. Our children enjoyed using the free bikes to get around the site too, which I thought was a great idea. The food was of good quality, especially the fresh fish at O'Garden and Rodolfo's, although service could be slow and confused. There was also some confusion as to whether the all inclusive rate lasted throughout the final day (it did) but once this was resolved, we really had no issues. If I were to recommend any changes, it would be clear information about the timings of shuttle buses to and from the sister hotel, and perhaps in-room information about the additional activities e.g. the walk in the hills. These are minor quibbles though. It really is a beautiful hotel, which friendly staff, a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. I highly recommended it.

What an amazing stay! The service was amazing and Yugoslav from the entertainment was amazing. Nothing too much trouble. They pick you up with buggies to go all around the resort and always on hand to help, The food is exceptional- we didn’t have one bad meal. Hotel room always clean. Only comment would be that it would be good to heat the pools in the colder months so they can be used, but other than that what and amazing stay. We would come back in a heartbeat, The animals are amazing and keep the kids entertained. Such a lovely relaxing stay! Thanks to all the team at VADİ

The hotel was amazing, new and clean. All staff went above and beyond for us, whether it was food and drink or things for our children. The entertainment team especially Yigit, he checked in on us on a daily basis to see if we needed anything. There was a kids club which our children enjoyed on a daily basis, with fun activities such as trampolines, pony riding, mini golf. The facilities were great, we had our own pool, and indoor kids pool was available too, with steam rooms and a 5* gym. The food was honestly another level, we arrived 11pm after our flight. They still served us anything we wanted, from fillet steaks, pastas, pizzas. I cannot recommend this place enough. To think it’s only a year or so old is crazy as it’s so well put together. They also have ostriches, emus, flamingos, deer and other animals on site which was great for the kids.

This is a beautiful resort, i wouldn’t describe it as a hotel as it’s made up of individual lodges with very few communal areas. The lodges themselves are really stunning and we had both a private pool and a self fill outside tub (not a hot tub, a jacuzzi bath but outside). It’s incredibly peaceful here and don’t expect any shared entertainment- people keep themselves to themselves and you only really see other people at mealtimes - even then the restaurant is very quiet and often has more staff than customers. The all inclusive is very good, it’s really nice to be able to choose off a menu and not rely on cafeteria style buffet. The drinks are a little limited - it’s definitely not suited to those wanting a boozy holiday. The food is excellent - all choices were very nice and we found not wanting any snacks or extras although they are on offer. There are a few things to do eg: tennis and mini golf - we didn’t see anyone using these during our stay. It’s a perfect place for a very restful stay enjoying your own company and a good book. Things that could be improved: the pool is freezing, I can’t imagine them ever being used. The language ability of some staff could be improved - although they try very hard there were several times we didn’t get what we asked for purely down to a lack of understanding. The lodge is very high tech and a few instructions for the lights, heating, maid call etc would be useful. There’s lots of things they don’t tell you - like how to light the fire? You can find out if you ask or look on previous customer reviews but the information isn’t on hand. As no entertainment in resort it would be good to include a movie channel on TV or have the ability to cast through phone - only English channels were news which we didn’t want.

This has to be one of the best places we have been for a long time so relaxing. The food was so good alot of choices and they are always happy to help. Would like to say a big thanks to yigit( he entertainment organiser), aysu(childrens club), umit( in the restaurant), they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always happy to help and made us feel very welcome. Also our cleaner did a very thorough clean will be returning and look forward to all the new upcoming ideas they have.
