The hotel's second-phase construction site is right next to the guest rooms, and construction was going on day and night (various construction site equipment was being constructed at night until the morning, and then a new group of female workers would yell and make noise at the door) and it was impossible to sleep. I booked the most expensive room type in the hotel. The toilet smelled bad and the air conditioner outlet made abnormal noise. The bathroom is like an ice cellar. The disposable masks worn by the restaurant waiters were all dark and pilling. We arrived at around 12 am on the first day of our self-driving tour. We finished cleaning up at almost 2 o'clock. We were so noisy by the construction at the construction site that we couldn't sleep at all. Because it was quite late, we waited until the next day to report the situation to the hotel. It was still after 12 am the next day. During construction, I contacted the front desk and was told that the construction would only last for an hour, but it turned out to be a whole night. It was said that we should change rooms. We were driving by ourselves and had a lot of luggage. I was the only one with a child. Changing rooms suddenly in the early morning was too troublesome. I just endured it and thought about leaving as soon as dawn. The stay for these two days was a nightmare. After I repeatedly refused at the final checkout, the hotel insisted on giving us a free lunch of more than 100 yuan as compensation. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that the girl at the front desk has a very good service attitude. Nothing else. As far as the second phase of construction is concerned, the hotel currently does not meet the business conditions at all. I don’t recommend everyone to stay here. You won’t be able to have a good rest at all.

After checking in, the room did not match the booked room. The staff actually said that it was different. They gave various excuses and did not admit their mistakes. They made all kinds of tricks. When they extended their stay the next day, they got the same room rate as the booked room. It was really ridiculous. Secondly, I found that the room rate booked at noon was about 30 more expensive than in the afternoon, and it was the same on both days. When I asked why, it was all Ctrip's fault, and the hotel had no responsibility at all. Overall, it's full of lies. The service is very poor!

The whole hotel feels as quiet and not noisy as a resort area, but it only uses half the money for staying in a hotel with more than 1,000, which is worth it! 🧹Hygiene: A clean freak like me can't pick out any problems. It is the best hotel in Bazhong! Because the Felton Hotel where I stayed the night before was very old and the breakfast is even less compliment... If you have the opportunity to come to Bazhong in the future, this hotel will definitely be the first choice! When checking out, the staff also provided us with masks, and I was very relieved to see the cleaning staff cleaning up in the lobby. I forgot to mention that the front desk was very considerate and gave a souvenir! Really, staying in this hotel makes people feel very comfortable and relaxed like going home 😌

設施：就在恩陽古鎮邊上，逛古鎮非常方便，裝修風格低調簡約，看起來很舒服，設施齊全完善，有停車場，有早餐，晚上10點多到店還有醪糟圓子送進房間，非常貼心 衞生：乾淨衞生，房間內清爽整潔 環境：強烈推薦來恩陽古鎮的友友選擇花間堂 服務：熱情周到，賓至如歸，非常好評

很安靜很舒服的酒店。第一次入住花間堂，超出預期。無論環境床品還是早餐都很好。小院環境不錯，休閑時間走走舒服。管家小陳有問必答，非常暖心。會繼續住其他花間堂

環境非常有特色 就在古鎮旁邊 大家的服務都很熱情！ 東西丟了還打電話通知和郵寄，非常滿意！ 下次來恩陽還會再選！

帶長者孩子回家鄉探親，返程時入住了這裏。沒想到家鄉也引入了華住，酒店環境服務真是超預期了。餐廳的飯菜也是一流的好吃。 服務就更不用説了，前台王婧小姐姐不光人長的好看，服務態度也是一流的好，住進這裏真是有種如沐春風的感覺，離店還送了伴手禮。下次返鄉還會再來的。
