Her warm and welcoming attitude instantly put me at ease when I arrived—she efficiently handled my check-in, patiently answered all my questions about local travel, and even shared thoughtful tips on nearby Chinese-friendly restaurants and convenient public transport routes. As a Chinese guest, being able to communicate smoothly in Mandarin with her eliminated any language stress, making my entire stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
