"Booked this hotel based on its high review rating, but was disappointed. If you are from the Uk, I’d compared this hotel to a Travelodge. Basic facilities, bathroom felt a bit grubby, crumbs etc on the sofa in the room, and the room smelled a bit musty. The staff were all very pleasant, laundry room is available, and while it feels like it’s in an industrial estate, the bus stops just outside to travel elsewhere, and it’s around a 30 minute walk to the very nice Curl Curl beach. Great if you want a quick stop off for a night or two, or don’t plan on spending long at the hotel - but wasn’t really what I was hoping for."

Very suitable for people leaving for the airport in the morning."

"The hotel is quite far from the city center (Central Station), making transportation a bit inconvenient. The cleanliness was just average; the pillows weren't clean, and used cups weren't washed or replaced promptly. They don't provide bottled water, so you have to buy your own. Overall, it's pretty mediocre. For a little more money, you could find a much better place in the city center."
