Nice and clean hotel

Stayed in the hotel for twelve nights. It is a very comfortable hotel. Most of the rooms have sea views. The soundproofing is also very good at night. The breakfast in the hotel is also very good!

Except for the bad service attitude, everything else is okay

Excellent, cleanliness and comfort, the breakfast included in my reservation in the form of a very good and varied buffet, free reasonable late check-out (2:00 p.m.) The negatives: check-in one hour wait, slight delay in cleaning the rooms daily, no airport-hotel and hotel-airport transfer shuttle.

There was a superior room with a jacuzzi. Everything's OK

The hotel is located at very nice place , beach side property with beautiful beach. The hotel room was quite big with beautiful views of mountains and beach. Restaurants are awesome with good Indian cuisine options with delicious taste. Hotel has big swimming pool with sea views. Hotel staff are very supportive especially Mr prem singh who help us to plan day trip, with good advice

Good hotel, great location, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist Jacintha and Gihan always greeted with a smile and friendly. A big appreciation / thanks to Gihan who was very accommodating and helpful in all our questions etc Bar staff friendly and very polite, service with smile. The Indian Tandoori restaurant food is tasty with big portions. Anil, Nawaj and Babu, friendly and polite, accommodated to our spicy taste in food.

We arrived at the hotel on April 21st 2024 and we were very warmly welcomed by Gihan and his front of house reception team. We checked in and our luggage was taken up to the room by one of the helpful staff. The room was very clean, spacious and had a good, working air con unit. The hotel is situated on the beautiful Beau Vallon beach! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they went above and beyond for us, especially Gihan. The ladies on reception were extremely helpful when we needed information and they were so friendly and always took the time to ask how we were and if we were having a good day. The staff in the restaurants and bars were also very friendly and helpful and welcomed us warmly. I have never received such a high standard of friendliness and customer service. Gihan and all of the staff in the hotel, restaurants and bars were exceptional. I didn't manage to get all of their names but along with Gihan, Jacinta and Kumidu I wish to say a very special thank you to everyone who works at the resort. It was a pleasure to meet you all! Gihan - your customer service and kindness is something I have never experienced before. You made our stay at your hotel extra special and I send you my heartfelt thanks for everything you did for us. We had a fabulous time at the Berjaya and we will definitely be returning!! Great holidays! We spent a week in this hotel recently and it surpassed our expectations! The staff is very friendly and warming, special thanks to Anil for attentive and very professional approach. The food was amazing, large variety of choices for every taste. Location itself is superb, located right on the beach where you can admire beautiful sunsets. Rooms are a bit old and need some improvements, but always clean and spacious enough to enjoy your holidays at Berjaya. if you look for traditional style, relaxed and good vibe hotel, look no further while on Mahe.

The days spent on this vacation were very good, everything about the hotel was good, all the staff were very nice, the food in the Indian restaurant was good, all the staff there were very good, also the beach next to the hotel was amazing, everyone came to this beach, sunset in the afternoon. The weather was nice, but the beach beds were taken very quickly. The beauty cannot be seen, the authorities should extend more time here so that the beauty can be seen

Very good. The teams are excellent especially Josette and reception staff, Marie Vonne and Samenza and the Indian men from housekeeping the restaurant staff especially Myra and friends. We enjoyed our days most of the time we are there. The children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast very much

The place is very good and the ambiance is also great and the people and the staff are great here. We got a very grate service from here especially from Mr anil, Nawaz and Mohammed That's for giving a wonderful experience hope to see you guys again..

We checked on Holy Friday early morning after our long walk they welcome us even was not time for check-in. Exceptional service, goes to Josette from the reception, the FB team at breakfast, the team that make up the room. Thanks for the good service and Generosity.

We have great food in the parrot restaurant. With great service from Anil and delicious food from Nawaz and Babu. We will keep coming here. Also enjoy music while dine . Overall we ha e enjoy the food and will advice others also. Keep continuing Pranav
