Booked through ******* for 1 night. Have my dog with me. Specifically booked because I selected “Pet Friendly”, when I arrive to the hotel, receptionist makes me pay an additional $27!! I already booked via *******. That’s shady business.
Then the room smells, there is a smell. You get used to it. Bathroom has mold. Shower water gets onto floor, so floor is wet. 1 small bar of soap. No ice machine or bucket, just trays & tap water.
Breakfast?!?!? Its a prepackaged muffin, granola, coffee, tea.
How come I paid for the room online & then when I arrive I have to pay $27 more. Not right ******* & Hotel.
