CitiGO Hotels in Beijing

This hotel scores excellent in every categories as it exceeded all our expectations and had helped make our Beijing holiday trip such a memorable and great visit. Firstly, it is directly accessible from the international airport to the Sanyuanqiao metro line, a five minute walk from exit D. And with this metro line connections, we were able to conveniently visited all the major attraction places just using the metro lines, except for the Great Wall attraction. For visiting the Badaling Great Wall, one can use the metro to Qinghe station to connect to the Qinghe Railway station to goes to Badaling Great Wall Station. Next, the staffs, especially the front desk service staffs there were very polite and helpful with our enquiries, making our stay very pleasant. Thanks also to the room cleaning service for making sure that our room is always kept clean and comfortable with fresh towels and clean bedsheets. The hotel provides ammenities like a gym, laundry room, superb washroom, billiard table, gaming equipment to cater to all ages and different types of visitors. Breakfast is optional but we booked with breakfast and enjoyed the good spread of food selection every morning. Free dim sum supper were available from 10.00 to 11.00 pm. Overall, our holiday had been exceptionally enjoyable, relaxed and memorable with our hotel stay at CitiGo.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and warm. One of the ladies at reception even helped me pay for the loan of the battery pack first using her own money. The self service laundry was great and free of charge. All the detergent was automatically loaded into the washer when in use. Free Drinks were provided in the lobby and free check out gifts were given to us. Breakfast was good. The aircon in the room for the first few night’s were not working and we had to ask for a fan at midnight despite opening the window. Location was superb.

I booked a 3-night stay from August 2nd to 5th. While I was still on the high-speed train, the front desk called me to inquire about my estimated arrival time, ensuring my room would be held. This was a first for me, and quite a pleasant surprise. The two rooms we booked were different sizes; our room (328) was a bit on the smaller side, whereas my parents' room (336) was slightly larger. Nevertheless, the service was consistently excellent. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile, and any requests for water or drinks were handled very promptly. On the second day, they even asked if we'd like our room cleaned before we left, which we appreciated as it showed great respect for our privacy. Breakfast offered a different selection each of the three days we stayed. The second-floor restaurant itself was a little small, and the variety of food was somewhat limited, but the quality and taste were quite good. Upon check-out, I realized I had left my power bank behind. The front desk promptly called me to inform me and offered to mail it to my address. This truly exemplifies their excellent service and thoughtful approach.

The hotel is in strategic location and just next to the metro station. Shower is low water pressure. Dislike that the hotel staff kept pressing us to give good reviews the moment we hand them the room key. We’ve not even received the room completion notification from trip.com and there’s no link to submit review! That’s not the way to get good ratings! Staff even asked to give review and they want to snapshot our review on reason of their hotel policy. What kind of policy is that to press consumer to give good ratings. I’d have given better rating for the hotel if they’ve not done so. Truly disappointed with the service. Regretted to stay with them after a friend’s recommendation.

We originally booked a bed, but the front desk upgraded us to a family room with two beds for free when we saw our child. It was great! Two cans of drinks were also provided for free in the room. The buffet breakfast was a little limited, but the taste was good! All in all, it was a very good stay and worth recommending!

It is far from city center. But near to 圆明园。 All around are IT and Technology offices. If you want peace and quiet, this is a good hotel. Few convenience stores and cooked food outlets. This area is like an industrial zone, full of workers coming to work in the day time. Night time is a dead zone. But taking DiDi to city center is only RMB40, traffic is light and smooth.
