SSAW Garden Hotel Beijing Reviews

I recently stayed at the SSAW Garden Hotel Beijing and it was a great experience. From the moment we saw the front of the hotel it has a unique theme as it’s converted to a hotel from a historical building. When we were by the entrance the staff saw we were carrying two suitcases and came to assist with our luggages whilst we proceeded to check in. The room was new and clean and the nice attention to detail with a prepared sour plum drink on the table for us to quench our thirst as it was 30 degrees outside. The hotel’s facilities contained, a gym, laundry room, restaurant and each floor contain a communal space with free drinks, some snacks and a coffee machine. Highlights of the stay was we got to make our own good luck bracelet as a memorable souvenir to take home with us. Overall the stay was memorable experience and I recommend anyone looking to stay in if you are around that area.

The location is good. Inside the Hutong, can feel the traditional Beijing lifestyle. 10min walking distance to train station. The hotel is very new. Opened in March 2024. The room is clean. The breakfast is buffet. But the hotel didn’t tell us our booking have breakfast until we asked them. This is not so good. It would be much better if they can tell us before we ask them. We can understand that it is a new hotel. But there’s still a room for improvement of their services.

A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of the Hutongs near Beixinqiao station, the SSAW exceeded every expectation from the beginning. Our room was modern and clean, the service was kind and superb, and the hotel in general looks gorgeous. Breakfast was a good mix of Chinese with simple international options, and was freshly prepared. The next time we are back in Beijing, we will book here again without any questions!

I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting Beijing for the first time. They loved it and especially its location in a Hutong.

Whenever I go on a business trip, I like to stay at Junting. This Yebo Junting in Beijing is located in the old Beijing Hutong, with a simple and elegant style! The location is very good. It takes less than half an hour to get there by taxi from the airport. Next to it is the famous Lama Temple, which is the style I like! The breakfast is rich in variety and has local characteristics! The front desk management Yuan Hongtao and Amy provide excellent service. I hope the hotel will be better. Great! Attached are the photos I couldn't help taking. The feeling is different at different time periods, but they are all beautiful

The hotel is very new, with a unique design. The room is clean and tidy, and quite large. There are USB and C ports in the room, which are convenient for charging. The windows are also smart curtains. I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

Service: The staff is very friendly and service-minded. They greet guests when they come in and out. Because the flight was delayed, they also helped adjust the check-out time so that we don’t have to go to the airport too early to "wander"! Environment: The environment is beautiful, with a small garden, which is rare in the old city. The overall style is Chinese style, the equipment is very new, and hotel lovers recommend staying here!

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and it is only a few minutes away from Guijie Street. The hotel staff warmly welcomed me and gave me tickets to the Overseas Chinese Museum. The experience of staying here is beyond expectations. I will stay here again next time

Check-in at the hotel in the evening was very fast and smooth. It is very user-friendly and has a warm design. The hotel room is on the second floor and the stairs in the lobby are more atmospheric. The room is very new and has various intelligent controls. It is also very convenient. There is a public rest area on the second floor and drinks are provided. The check-out process and snacks were also very smooth. The surrounding area is the Yonghegong Imperial Palace and can be reached within walking distance. The location is great.

I stayed here for two nights in a row. The room felt very good. The table was a bit small, but everything else was pretty good. There were afternoon drinks every day, and there were free snacks and drinks on every floor🥰🥰🥰

Everything is beautifully decorated in a modern and traditional style. Don't go too late for breakfast, there wasn't much left on the buffet at 9:30am.

A very unique hotel, the front door is super impressive. The location is near Guijie Street and Yonghe Temple. It's super convenient to eat. Not far from Beixinqiao Subway Station, it's not far from anywhere. The room we stayed in had tatami mats and the design was quite interesting. You can also string beads by yourself in the lobby, and you can take them away for free. A string of beads costs 290 for the Lama Temple next door. My mother had a lot of fun hahahahaha! Breakfast is also delicious! ! The lady at the front desk is very nice ~ I will come again next time

I stayed in this hotel during the May Day holiday when I came to Beijing for tourism. The hotel service attitude was very good, the decoration style was also very beautiful, the old Beijing style was very distinctive, and the breakfast variety was also very rich👍
