The service at this hotel was absolutely good. They went above and beyond to help me with something I required for work it was unfortunate that the hotel couldn't provide it so I had to check out early.
However the place is really stunning, I would highly recommend it although it is far away from the mall and other restaurants but it's worth staying there.
It's still new so the facilities are still in good shape and are maintained well.
My only issue was that in the shower there was hair😏 and on the floor next to the bed there was dirty tissue😪.

The room environment is great, smart home. The room I booked also has a balcony with a great view. I will stay here again when I come to Beijing.

非常非常好，到店因為沒有那個房型了，免費升級了房型，衞生很好。設施都挺新的，還有機器人，送東西挺方便的！交通也挺方便。附近走幾分鐘有地鐵站。好到讓我來到天津，都想搜一下這個酒店有沒有連鎖😭希望酒店做大做強開成連鎖的。總之來説非常好！

房間很大，多次在北京住了，這個房間目前來看住的最滿意了，裝修比較高級，有早餐很好吃，房間有洗衣機，前台服務也很好真的太哇塞了，打掃客房的大姐也很禮貌，衞生打掃的挺乾淨，我個人是比較滿意的，周邊環境也很安靜，房間採光也不錯~

看到是新開業酒店、感覺應該還不錯，酒店房間不少、可是衹有一個方向的電梯，上樓之後拉着箱子穿越了兩三個巷子才到……好無語、簡直太遠了吧。酒店都沒有針線包、棉簽……最主要是房間浴室地磚爛了、腳都劃了……這麼危險、酒店都不查看嗎……人生安全如果有問題就差評價了
