The room is in a good location. The whole alley is full of tenants and residents (our room is not next to the public toilet). The service staff is also very warm and thoughtful. It is clean and hygienic. The facilities are new. The breakfast is small but very exquisite. The breakfast on the menu is delicious. The price is high. The experience is still very strong. It is convenient to travel. It is still a good choice to stay for two days. 👍

The hotel's hardware is impeccable, the service is really meticulous, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they promptly respond to guests' needs and follow up to see if they have been resolved. My child loves the housekeeper Carla. The restaurant is really amazing. The dishes amazed me. I regret not going there on the first day so that I could have two more meals. The waiter was really discerning. He saw that we couldn't eat anymore and asked if we wanted to return the staple food that had not been served yet. I tried champagne for breakfast on the last day, which was served with king crab legs. I thought it would be the same as other places, and I was surprised to find that it tasted fresh and sweet. I will stay here again next time I go to Beijing.

I stayed here last November and learned that it is a pet-friendly hotel. I brought An An back to stay here in January this year. I was so touched. When I entered the room, I saw the thoughtful pet decorations. There was a water bowl and snacks for An An, and a printed photo of An An, as well as a welcome letter for An An. Even a dog stroller was prepared, and there was a special menu for dogs. What details, so touching. They also printed a photo frame of our family of three and made a vcr for An An

I took my mother and dog to spend the New Year's Eve in a quiet Chinese courtyard, which reminded me of my grandmother's home when I was a child. As night fell and the lights came on, the room was warm in the cold winter. Every decoration was meticulous and full of details, with luxury and warmth. Thanks to the housekeeper Karlie for her thoughtful service throughout the whole process, which made us feel truly at home. It is pet-friendly and well-deserved. The dog's food, clothing, housing and transportation are all taken care of. I look forward to experiencing a different hutong scenery in a different season next time!

I came here from Chengdu to spend Christmas. The experience was great, just like going home. The housekeeper Xiaomai was very considerate and prepared surprises for us, paying special attention to details. I will definitely come back again. I was reluctant to leave. I look forward to coming back next time. I will only stay at Mandarin when I come to Beijing in the future.

It was a great experience. The butler was enthusiastic and professional, and the room was full of details. I spent the most peaceful night in the past two years during my stay. Because of the presence of Mandarin Oriental, the surrounding alleys are well managed and clearly marked. All in all, a courtyard hotel in such a rare location is worth experiencing.

First of all, I am very grateful to the housekeeper Melody and the team for their meticulous care for four days and three nights. It was an experience beyond my expectations. Below is my feeling about this stay, I hope to give you a reference. . Walking in the alleys of Caochang Hutong🚶 passers-by may not notice that there is a hotel here 42 courtyard houses are scattered in every corner of the hutong⛩️ and are integrated with the residential houses Staying here is like returning to your own yard Every morning when you open the door🌄, you don’t see the closed hotel garden but the uncle playing mahjong🀄️ the aunt drying clothes👔 And the residents in the hutong chatting in Beijing dialect🥳 This feeling is so wonderful and real The integration of travelers and residents is a win-win for everyone It can only be said that it is a very worthwhile hotel destination I really want to bring every friend to stay here . I would like to use this note to talk about my feelings in the past few days Also give you some reference for those who are coming to Beijing: This time I stayed at Mandarin Courtyard (Mandarin Courtyard In the alley of Caochangliutiao🏠The rooms and courtyard are large But because it is a courtyard, it will not be noticeably empty Each room is well utilized Don't worry too much, other room types will also have at least one courtyard What's great is that each courtyard is very solitude-friendly💯 There won't be the phenomenon of several beds in a room with a good location like some hotels . Not only the hardware and location are outstanding here, but the software and service are even more surprising ✅First of all, the hardware level is easy to understand In terms of location, Qianmen Mandarin is not very close to the central axis, but right on the central axis If you want to visit the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Dashilan and other places, you can walk there This is very friendly to tourists ✅Another two restaurants have their own characteristics, Yanting (Kitchen by Chef Fei) is a Teochew restaurant The fried fish maw is very creative Vinci is an Italian restaurant with a great terrace view. I had breakfast here for two days Shitiao Bar opened a little earlier than the hotel🍾 and has become popular in Beijing If you don’t want to walk, you can also take the hotel’s hutong tuk-tuk🛺 For those who like OG, there are many down-to-earth snacks when you walk out of the hutong alleys Ping An pot stickers, Wei Shui☕️, Old Beijing fried noodles🍜 These are all very good It is difficult for traditional resort hotels to blend with the atmosphere of the market I can only say that it’s just not the case for this MO ✅The second is the software service is very surprising I am a person who is very picky about service I can’t find any complaints in the four days here The butler team will take good care of you in every detail Including the needs you can think of or not 😊The space is limited, please feel free to ask any questions

When I took my mother to visit Beijing, the first thing I thought of was to experience the top luxury hotel in China, Qianmen Mandarin. The rooms are distributed in various alleys, and the separate courtyards are very private. It is a unique experience to walk in the alleys in the morning. In the cold winter, the room is warm enough to wear short sleeves. The butler service is impeccable, attentive and considerate. I made an appointment for a set meal at Yanting for dinner, and my family was very satisfied. In particular, the service was so good that I never let the tea cups run empty. This stay was perfect, and the service facilities were worthy of the room price. I will choose to stay here next time I bring my family to Beijing.

As a local, I also stay in hotels in Beijing from time to time to spend holidays or celebrate a special day. This time my husband chose the Qianmen Mandarin Oriental for his birthday. Regardless of hardware or software, it should be ranked among the top hotels in Beijing. The design that is both integrated and separated from the Hutong market is unique and provides a great experience. Thanks to the housekeeper Karlie for the well-arranged room (and the free upgrade), to the front office manager Xia and all other reception staff, and to the security guards who stood firm in the cold wind. In the WeChat group specially created for our stay, my husband wrote a special paragraph to thank you: Wandering the winding alleys, Savor the fireworks in the world. Looking for romance in the cold, Enjoy the warmth of winter alone, Right at the front door of Mandarin Oriental. On my special day, A special feast that interprets the stage of time. Thanks to Karlie and the hotel staff for their meticulous service. When spring comes and the flowers bloom, we'll see you there!
