My husband took his parents to Beijing to visit his daughter who is studying in college. The overall feeling of staying in this hotel was pretty good.

The service is very good, clean and hygienic. It was a bit cold when we went there, but the lady quickly brought hot water to the child, which was very considerate.

The overall size of the room is okay, but the service is not that good. The main points are as follows: 1. Because the ticket was booked through Ctrip, there is no welcome fruit (in other areas, both Ctrip and the official website have it). 2. After staying for many days in a row, I only cleaned once in the morning, and then all in the afternoon. 3. The cleaning items are not put away, and the normal tea leaves are not put away at all. I don’t understand, is the service of putting tea leaves only on the first day? 4. Even if the gym is small, there is a TV but no remote control. What does that mean? On the first day, there were alcohol wipes for wiping the equipment. On the second day, the alcohol wipes were taken away until we left the store. I don’t know what that means. 5. It’s just called a late night snack, but if you don’t have anything to drink porridge, you can’t prepare it in time. The overall experience is average, much worse than Atour hotels in other areas.

The leader was on a business trip and I booked it for him. It was very good.

夜裡去的，一開始定的無窗的房間，但是地暖太熱了，空調是中央空調。聯繫前台，直接機器人給我送了個帶窗户的房間房卡。很舒適，乾淨。 亞朵最好的是枕頭，家裡也買了深睡枕。

必須要好好誇一誇這家新開業酒店的服務，從辦理入住開始，就感受到了工作人員的熱情與專業。前台的服務人員微笑着迎接我，快速而熟練地為我辦理手續，還耐心地解答我關於周邊環境的各種問題。她們的熱情態度，讓我在踏入酒店的瞬間，就彷彿回到了家一般温暖。當天晚上我不小心把衣服弄臟了，正發愁怎麼辦的時候，我試着給前台打了個電話，詢問是否有地方可以清洗衣服。沒想到，工作人員很快就回復説可以提供免費的洗衣服務，並且很快就有人來取走了我的衣服。沒過多久，洗得乾乾淨淨的衣服就送回了房間，這效率和貼心程度真的讓我非常感動。酒店的客房服務也非常出色。每天房間都被打掃得一塵不染，物品擺放得整整齊齊。而且，服務員阿姨還會根據我的需求，為我提供額外的物品，比如多要一個枕頭或者一瓶水，他們總是能迅速滿足我的要求。用真誠和熱情，為每一位客人打造了一個舒適、温馨的家。
