住了三晚，第三天上午要去國家博物館，上午出去時，跟前台服務員商量能不能延長退房時間到下午兩點，因為國家博物館挺大的，需要時間來逛，再加上兩會期間，坐地鐵，進博物館的安檢挺多挺嚴的，也挺費時的，倆服務員都很堅絕地拒絕了，説得加錢，加160元才行，好説歹説都沒用，我們在博物館匆忙參觀的時候，接到一女經理的電話，説可以在沒客人入住的情況下可以延遲到下午兩點，但是我們已經沒了心情，隨便觀看了半小時，往回趕到酒店也到了1 2點多了，住了三天，也算老客户了，服務員在延長退房時間的問題上生硬拒絕，挺讓我失望的

來這住的大部分是看附近看病的，離腫瘤醫院，附近買水果吃飯也便利。對比了附近幾家，還是覺得莫泰更好一些，住了好幾次了，不錯。

很滿意的入住體驗，前台小姐姐辦理入住很快，房間也比較乾淨整潔，床單被罩很柔軟，酒店門口就有公交站，10分鐘就到地鐵站了，跟故宮，景山公園，什剎海都離得很近，門口有停車場，出車也很方便，洗衣房有洗衣機和烘乾機，哄完衣服軟軟的很舒服，推薦推薦

酒店的地理位置比較好，然後交通很方便，房間舒適，衞生服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，值得獎勵，房間佈置也比較温馨舒適，前台人員服務的態度很温和，比總體來説體驗很好，下次還會再入住

這是一家智能裝修的酒店，機器人服務很新穎，訂了外賣機器人幫忙給送到房間，非常有意思，避免人給送外賣直接接觸，前台服務很好，進酒店辦入住時孩子着急吃葯，前台趕忙幫我們倒好熱水，房間乾淨整潔舒適，前台有咖啡和熱茶，早餐品種很多，中午和晚上還給提供免費的粥，我們有家人行動不便，前台小哥哥還用輪椅幫助我們把長者推送到房間，非常温暖，他們每個人見到我們都微笑面對我們，感覺被關心、被關懷。主要酒店離醫院很近，辦事方便，下次還會來的，非常Nice的酒店
