盛華樓很陳舊了 但老樓很有特點 依山而建 每層都有對外的出入口 相當於都是一層，彌補了沒電梯的缺點，早餐中式標準，不要跟酒店去比，夠吃了，就是2號早上超級多人，供應跟不上，我們較晚去，有補充的菜，家常早點味道都可以，為了過節有不少活動項目，適合親子，園區很大，散步、停車都很方便，離大壩很近，去大壩的可以考慮停車這裏哈，走幾百米吧，600多一間房，兩大一小帶早餐，我覺得就可以了。房間老舊，噴淋壓力不行，如果講究一些必須祥華樓，但這個價位的話可選的就太多了，吃飯方面，正餐基本都去外面吃的，也可以在度假村吃，我們想吃點平易近人的，縣城裡選擇就很多。度假村離滑雪場旁邊的吃魚聚集地也很近，開車10分鐘吧。度假村有自己的爬山小路，山頂可遠眺水庫。一圈下來半個小時、晨練合適的。總體來説，親子找個相對安靜的地方，自己有車很合適，祥華樓住宿條件要好得多，上次住過，這次找個性價比好的。密雲旅遊景點也很多，路況都很好，想去也方便，臨時一晚不合適，住兩三晚比較舒服。

房間空間大小還可以，設施一般，可以滿足一般的需求。房間服務還是不錯的，都會及時響應。我們定的是含早的，130以下的小朋友免費，早餐一天在祥華樓咖啡廳，一天在豐華樓，咖啡廳的環境和餐食還是不錯的，豐華樓人多相對差點意思。
酒店特色，園區內四處可見飛機模型，很贊！園區內的森林公園，小山不高，可以遠眺密雲水庫，也很不錯！園區內還有小小的湖區，五一有小魚放生的活動，還有很多小魚小蝦，小朋友玩得很開心。最不容錯過的是園區內博物館的參觀，可以關注酒店的告示，跟隨講解員一覽中國的航空變革發展史，聽完熱血澎湃！
這裏很適合帶熱愛飛機航空的小朋友來，一定不虛此行。

密雲水庫旁的寶藏酒店，離魚街也不遠。花園式酒店，院子裏就是草坪小山坡。游泳池和運動館都是免費的，還提供拍子和球。重點這裡是中航黨校，到處是飛機模型，帶娃來一定要參觀一下酒店的中航博物館。

盛華樓比較舊，但是工作人員服務很好，園區環境也特別好，不用出園區也可以玩得很好，園區裏面還有博物館，所以性價比還是可以的。離密雲水庫很近。

設施、服務、餐飲等無功無過，不宜與專業酒店相比較；園區內環境好、風景優美，交通方便、緊鄰水庫；園區內新開的中國航空工業歷史博物館需要提前預約，展出內容詳細介紹了我國航空工業史的發展，值得認真學習。
