Fantastic, clean room. Rose Mary was very helpful as we had to check in late.

The transportation is convenient, the room is quiet, and there is a park opposite. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic and the communication is very attentive.

It's really close to the park, but everything else is so-so, especially when you live alone, it's too deserted. It would be better if you are traveling as a family.

The facilities are old and the character is not good.

We loved the location. The walk around Kings park. The window you could open in the room. The quiet The cleanliness. The quick booking in and leaving. The fridge with a freezer big enough to freeze things!! The beautiful swimming pool Awesome stay

Clean room with amenities. The Twin Room has 1 queen and 1 single bed. It has microwave and kettle. It has shower amenities with soap, body was and shampoo/conditioner. Although we could hear the neighbours walking ip and down the stairs as our room was situated near the stairs we had a comfortable sleep. Beds, pillows and blankets were all clean. The towels though had some funny smell like cooking oil, not sure what that was about. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the city and a walking distance to the Kings Park.

The service was helpful and friendly. Location makes it easy to access a variety of suburbs. I was pleasantly surprised by bottle water in the fridge, especially as the day was hot and I needed hydration. Linen was excellent, towel were soft and pleasant to use, bed linen was very comfortable. Fridge with milk for cup of tea was a bonus. Lots tea bags, I didn’t need sugar or coffee, though multiple sugar and coffee available. Microwave, tv, aircon, toaster, hairdryer were also available and made my stay comfortable and easy. I’d stay again where I need. Thank you for your hospitality.

We Stayed for one night. Very clean, comfortable bed and hotel conveniently located within walking distance to Rokeby Road. Had a view across the road of Kings park. Felt relaxing. Car park is a bit tight to manoeuvre when full. The lady in reception was lovely and very approachable and helpful.

Purple bus just few steps away from the property, which is so convenient to go to Elizabeth Quay and other attractions. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We’re happy to stay there again when we go to Perth.

Great location with Kings Park just across the road. Really lovely staff and super helpful.

Room was good with a queen and single bed, however the single bed did not have bedhead and was not very comfy. Nice bathroom. Can be noisy as on busy road. Free Cat bus to city from stop nearby. Parks provided on site but not allocated to units so first in get best parks. One friendly staff member who was very helpful with directions. Another staff member was less helpful and a bit grumpy.

This motel has stolen my money. They took a booking out of office hours knowing full well they had no vacancies and were still happy to process it and now won’t give me a refund. We tried several times to contact the property with no success with the calls going straight to message bank. This is theft

This is the cleanest motel I have ever seen! It was comfortable bright and spacious. Window treatments lovely and practical. Shower and spa excellent. Nice to be able to get airflow through the room. A few hooks for bathrobes would not go amiss and a full-length mirror but generally great stay. Good value for money too.

The motel is in an excellent position for us to go to Charles gardiner hospital. Motel is clean and tidy but could do with a bit of updating in the rooms .
