Bom hotel

The hotel isn't ready to go. It seems rushed, and several things aren't working properly. When I arrived, there was no system, so I had to keep going up and down to get into my room, which had to be opened with a tool, and then again the next day. There was a room being painted at 8:30 p.m. right down the hall from me, with the smell of paint everywhere. The bathroom door touches the toilet, making it difficult to get in and out; someone a little taller than me (who's short) can't fit. The pillows are pretty bad, full of lumps, and the sheets are made of artificial fabric that gets hot. The mattress was also full of little pills, which left a very unpleasant feeling. Breakfast doesn't have many vegetarian or vegan options (in fact, practically none).

Regarding the room cleanliness... mostly mold, and the air conditioning and bathroom cleaning were very poor.

I arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.

The hotel is very cute, the staff are very welcoming, the location is right in the center which is not very pleasant because there are a lot of wanderers around
