very clean hotel and rooms. no shampoo in the rooms. only soap. the location is very close to the doca and market.a bit unsafe at nights when all closed. overall all good..

I had a great experience at the Hotel. Great cleaning service. Everyone attentive. Great Breakfast. Spacious and very cozy rooms. And the location is very good. There is a gym, it's very small but you can do cardio. It's a shame it doesn't have cable TV or Netflix, but those are just details.

Service is terrible. I placed an order via iFood and the delivery man had to contact me to say that he was at the reception waiting for me. Because at the reception they said that there was no André in room 659 on the 6th floor. And my room phone wasn't working
