My flight was cancelled and I was forced to stay over in Beijing for the night. Hotel staff went for rhe extra mile and upgraded me to a bigger room and provided me with essential oils when I feedbacked about the adour in my previous room. The room was clean and spacious, facing Jingshan park view, its too bad I couldnt stay longer for the amazing view. The hotel staff was so attentive, very patient and very eager to help, she made me feel like a queen 😁 Spa garden was therapeutic and calming, I wish I could spend more time there. Lounge was a sexy area, I suggest to go at night time. Cocktail there was average. Gym was small, not comprehensive for an active person like me. I tried both their frenchcuisine Rive Gauche and the chinese cuisine Fu Chun ju. Services and staff were impeccable and polite. But if I can only choose one, its the chinese cuisine, their roasted pigeon was AMAZING! I visited Jingshan Park whic only 5 mins aw. 9/10 FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!

Amazing architecture, beautiful place, prime location, wonderful service, very good breakfast and room service. Didn't visit the restaurants, though. Only challenge was the lighting in the room, kind of difficult to adjust to individual preferences.

Customer service was excellent, everyone was very welcoming and very helpful. The room I stayed in was just lovely, very well decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Great location, convenient to get around and right next to one of the train stations. I'd definitely stay here again, highly recommended for all kinds of travellers.

Thank you for taking care of my mother! She arrived at Beijing Airport all by herself and was picked up by your staff. She immediately felt at home in a foreign country and city. The hotel's design is absolutely beautiful and the service is great. We thoroughly recommend!

The Puxuan Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel walking distance from the The Palace Museum. It's chic and sophisticated with modern Chinese feel. The rooms was exactly like the photos. . . beautiful. Breakfast was extrodinary and service level was high. My trip was postpone since April and finally was able to make the journey to Beijing in July. The trip arrangements very easy as Jason (super star) was very attentive to all of our needs and meticulous to follow up with us on restaurant reservations, how our stay was going, anything he can do and offering assistance in all possible ways. Six Star service. I also want to give recognition to Ashley as she had great energy and enthusiasm when explaining the neighborhood and history. Looking forward to staying at the Puli in Shanghai and other hotels in this group in the coming years. Big thumbs up.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to the exit of the forbidden city. Best part is the metro is pretty much right under the hotel

Asked front desk to get reservation for lost city visit. Team committed to contact me. I am still waiting their reply. Besides, changed twice room due to smoke smell. 2nd room had the same issue…they have a structural problem of exhaust system. Last, works with high impact on chemical products smell on their terrace…Overall average service.

Location is excellent

Not very central but walking distance to pedestrian area of Wangfujing. Comfortable stay, good breakfast and attentive staff. The hotel is well designed and is very careful concerning health measures.
