There is an old couple living in a private house here. They are very friendly and gentle. The surrounding space is quiet. Going out to the alley 500 meters away, you can find local cafes and restaurants that are also quite good.
It is very suitable for those traveling alone or as a couple with families who like quiet and friendly without too much noise.

是我住過的性價比最高的最乾淨的民宿，是大爺大媽的家，但是收拾的極為乾淨，連輕度潔癖的我都認為乾淨，完全就是新的，瓷磚縫都是白的，沒有污漬，床上用具散發著乾淨的洗滌劑的香味，沒有任何污漬，來慕田峪長城的完全可以選擇山伶秀麗。

國慶入住，房東兩口非常nice。
位置：非常方便，離慕田峪大門口步行十分鐘，買門票的時候衹需買基礎票，不用擺渡車。
環境：村子裏的農家樂基本都升級成了民宿，每一家建築的外觀內飾都提升了很多，入住體驗很好。她家也很好找，按照導航走，到了之後進一個小巷子大約十米左右，很安靜的小院。門口是進慕田峪長城的單行線，路邊有車位，也可以靠路邊停車，國慶人多，路邊基本都停滿了，但一定要注意安全，尤其是帶孩子的，這邊人車混行還是有點危險。
衞生：房東老兩口是乾淨利索的人，房間收拾的乾淨整潔，一進去就給拿拖鞋換上，廚房和客廳都乾淨明亮。房間和衞生間也乾淨無灰塵。
服務：與其他整租別墅不同，他們家的房東老兩口會一直在，他們住閣樓，但不太會打擾我們。入住第一天還給我們烤了板栗吃，很好吃。我們自己帶了食材做早餐和宵夜吃，吃完都會收拾乾淨的。
大通鋪很棒，孩子多擠着睡好熱鬧。
不足：不提供洗漱用品，建議提前提醒顧客自帶。廁所衞生紙供應不足，住一晚還行，連住的話容易出現尷尬場面。建議不提供收費礦泉水，限量免費提供或不提供都可以，不要擺放在客廳容易與客人自帶礦泉水混淆。
真實體驗，就是沒照太多照片，希望房東生意興隆！
總體入住體驗還不錯，下次有機會應該還會來住。
