CITIC Jinling Hotel

I made a temporary arrangement during the May Day holiday and looked through my hotel collection. I have never been to CITIC Jinling Hotel. There was a room available on the date. I did not book it at the beginning of the holiday, but at the last two days of the holiday. I went there for a rest and mainly stayed in a hotel. The hotel is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a reservoir in front. There are entrances and exits in the hotel building that can lead directly to the outside. Because it is built on the mountain, the highest floor of the hotel is at the top of the mountain behind, and there are electric cars available for payment, which is very friendly to the elderly and children. There is a children's playground, cinema, billiard hall, swimming pool, gym in the building..., and a poplar forest, botanical garden (not big), outdoor nursery (consumption alone), karts... outside the building. There is also an observation deck and a small lake in front of the building (children like to play in the water here). Internet celebrity coffee shop, the scenery is very good, the price is slightly high, and the taste is average. There is Starbucks in the hotel lobby. During our stay, there was only American coffee, no other, the price is reasonable, and the brand is unified. The hotel is hygienic. There is dust, and the dust on the desk of the lobby front desk is also obvious, but it can be felt that the original facilities are still good, but it has been a long time. Children love buffets, so in addition to the standard breakfast buffet, the dinner on the first day was also a buffet in the restaurant on the first floor, and buffet coupons were provided when checking in. The whole family liked this place very much. Staying for one night was not enough to enjoy the whole thing, and at least two nights was the starting point. It is very suitable for family travel within Beijing.

After staying for two days, I met the warm reception from Xiao Hong at the front desk. The food and environment were explained clearly in detail. The room is big enough, well-equipped with facilities, and very thoughtful in many places. There are reception fruits and beauty porridge in the evening. Just tell the waiter what you need and it will be delivered to you attentively. The toilet paper in the bathroom is also carefully wrapped in bags, and there is also a mobile phone holder! Bathing facilities are complete. You can see distant mountains and lakes from the balcony, which is a great view. The environment of the community is good, the dinner and breakfast are very good, and everything is available, but the dinner is a bit expensive, 120 per person for the buffet, and I am full with just one plate. But maybe five-star hotels are like this.

The most satisfying weekend experience! Ms. Wang and another lady at the front desk were really considerate. They introduced us to the hotel's parent-child programs during check-in, such as where to get fish food, how to get to the botanical garden, where the children's playground is, etc. They also upgraded the room in the main building!!! The view is particularly good, you can see the lake view from the room, and it is also very quiet. There are also children's bathrobes in the room, which are very cute☺️ Highly recommended to friends around me!!!

Suitable for bringing children to play, there is a crib. It is recommended to book a crib for babies before they can stand. After they can stand, the crib is a bit low and it is easy to fall. The breakfast is very good, definitely up to the five-star standard. The five-story Huaiyang cuisine is not cost-effective, but the taste is OK. The service is very good, and the praise is given to Chen Naijing at the front desk! The attitude is very good! He is also enthusiastic about the children, gave balloons to welcome the children, and upgraded the lake view room! The hotel is so beautiful! I played in it for a whole day, feeding ducks, children's playground, tropical rainforest room, and walking in the park. I will definitely come again next time!

Facilities: The room facilities are complete and the functions meet basic needs. There is a half-standard swimming pool and a good gym, which can be used for free. Tennis, badminton and table tennis can also be used for a fee. Hygiene: Overall good, the small flaw is that the ice bucket may be used by few people, and it is a little dirty because it is not paid attention to. Environment: The whole hotel has a large space and a very good environment. There are some experience projects that I did not experience because I came to climb mountains and hike. I will come again next time. Service: This part is done quite well. Wang Kaihua, the girl on duty at the front desk on the day of check-in, carefully introduced all the hotel functions and facilities and opening hours.

This is the third time I have stayed at CITIC Jinling in 6 years. The hotel's location and landscape are first-class. If the budget is not tight, the lake view room in the main building is the first choice. Compared with previous years, the hotel has a lot more outdoor children's play facilities and a coffee shop halfway up the mountain. The guidance work for breakfast is quite good, avoiding guests from looking for seats in the restaurant in a mess. The reception work at the front desk is also in place. Miss Chen Liangyan received me and explained all the details very clearly. There are some shortcomings. After all, the hotel is old. I hope that the sink and shower room will be well arranged during the renovation. The wooden ***** road leading to the wetland is not very flat, which is easy to trip young children. In addition, as a five-star hotel, the breakfast is really not five-star.

The overall environment is good, but the facilities are relatively old and there are not many places to eat, but it is less crowded and quiet. Children like to feed the fish and ducks there, and the small amusement park is also good.

The hotel has beautiful scenery, good facilities, and friendly service staff, especially Liu Mo in the lobby, who is thoughtful and enthusiastic, very considerate, and has received five-star praise. The hotel's dining is also remarkable. In short, it is worth recommending and I will come again next time
