酒店前台態度很差，很惡劣，其中一個瘦瘦的滿嘴臟話，一點都沒素質。大晚上還跑到客房跟別的房間客人吵架，嚴重影響了隔壁我們的休息。建議不要入住，是非常差的酒店。根本談不上服務。房間也小的不行，中午滿樓道滿房間都有油煙味，樓下就是做餐飲臭桂魚的。睡白了連一般旅店的文明禮貌都沒有，跟別説什麼服務了，衹有一個東北的阿姨還算客氣有點笑容。
這個可以説是個旅館硬件都算不上，裝修已經十多年了，套內面積不足十平米。提供的毛巾都是破破爛爛的，蚊子蟑螂，衞生間樓道都能看到……
差！差！差！差！差！想鬧心的就過去體驗吧！！！

沒有電梯，前台服務特別差，長的又胖又醜的11點就催着退房，而且中間催又催兩次，退卡沒説任何禮貌道別語言，搞的像你錢一樣，差！差！差！

前台服務人員有一位女士工作態度特別惡劣，問點什麼問題，吵吵嚷嚷的，而且續房已經跟她説了我要續哪種，然後在網上下單，結果後來打電話告訴我沒了，衹能續一間其他的，結果比之前的又貴又小，還破的房間，衞生間的燈特別暗，衹有照片裏的一個燈，本來衞生間就很小還這麼暗，就挺無語的，洗澡的時候還不知道哪樣了，就一個椅子還那麼破，根本不敢做，窗簾都拉絲了，原來房間的空調半夜斷斷續續的響，吵醒了兩次，一晚上都沒休息好，才要換房間的，裏面也沒有電梯，誰住誰知道是什麼體驗

真的很糟糕，酒店沒電梯，房間小不説，空調還一直往床上滴水，洗手間也巨小無比，毛巾浴巾用起來感覺也濕濕的，重點是！全是爛到脱線的，真的絕了，沒見過這樣的酒店。酒店前台服務態度也很差，不建議入住。

12月初北京管的嚴時入住的，憑着這個私人賓館什麼都不查才去入住的，條件差衞生差價格貴，當時二百多一晚，就一個小黑屋，一進去突然想到10多年的賓館，現在我看才一百多，當時估計也是發疫情財，別的正規酒店查的嚴，他着什麼也不查，以後不會再住，不過感謝在疫情期間收留我。
