Merhaba. Çok kötü bir hizmet aldık. Yemekler oldukça kötü ve ciddi eleman eksikliği vardı. Personel yetersiz. 3 gün aynı yemek çıktı. Aynı zamanda yemek alırken çok ciddi sıra vardı. Cumartesi günü akşam yemek yiyemwdik. Sadece içecekler çok çok iyiydi. Otelin konumı güzel. Ama asla ve asla tavsiye etmem. Biz rixosun bütün otellerinde kaldık. Ama bir daha asla bu otelde kalmam. Yani 2 günlük bu otele boşuna para verdik. Bu şikayeti heryere bildireceğim.

Stunning hotel on the first line of the sea. beautiful, bright, well-groomed. Very tasty food in the main restaurant, there are also four restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner, there is a separate menu of different cuisines of the world. The children's club is the coolest we've ever seen, the children (4 years old and 1 year old) didn't want to leave, there was a program every evening and a mini disco. We had a two-room room, clean, spacious, freshly renovated, they changed the carpets and provided us with an iron and board, since we had small children. calm atmosphere, moderately active, there are always several places open where you can have a snack or dessert, in the evening there is a great program at the beach bar. We will definitely come back here

We stayed at room 7016 family suit, very close to kids facilities. We had nice room, separate room for kids is excellent for privacy. Mini bar, toilet flush & hot water was not working but fixed immediately. Good service !! provided by kubrq beyduz.

All staff are exceptional and will try r here best to accomatate especially Mr Burak he was amazing well presented and very helpful and kind highly recommended him and this hotel. We will be back and will tell all our family and friends 👍👍👍

Avoid this hotel. We just got back from a weeks holiday the staff are so rude not helpful at all. Especially the reception staff don’t greet you when you arrive. They are so unwelcoming and rude. Have no customer service experience nothing was explained to us when we arrived. Ahmet and Bestie are so rude. My daughter got food poisoning was vomiting had diarrhoea rang through reception fobbed us off did not even check on us. I would avoid this place the staff spoil it absolutely shocking as they are so rude and don’t care. The only staff who smiled and went above was Zhibek she was lovely always came to offer us drinks. I have never had such a bad experience in turkey before. There is poor entertainment, glad to be home. My whole holiday was ruined because this hotel make you feel unwelcomed and the reception staff especially are rude. Please avoid

Burak very friendly lots of information and tips very nice guy, hotel very good rooms cleaned everyday.great experience whole staff very helpful,food vgood, room mini bar regularly stocked daily .lots of entertainment and games to participate with.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel max 3 star Lobby area seating and carpets filthy woke up bitten all over my legs had to threaten to sleep in foyer because I couldn't go back to the room where I was getting bitten had to wait hirs next day to be moved rooms the room I had had garden and sea views and was moved to a room looking into next door hotel only to be told don't worry you are checking out tomorrow pool looked dirty never seen it get cleaned wooden decking boards all Popping up every where food was very poor and cold both my partner and I had sickness and up set stomach was there for a week had to argue every day to try an al a cart restaurant eventually got one on the last night now waiting to be seen by the hospital in the UK because of the state of my legs with bites went to land of legends asked for 50 euros to be put on the wrist band and they took 16000 pounds out my account now need to wait 10 days for a refund holiday from hell
