Regnum Carya

This hotel is amazing! We loved everything about it. The staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful.. to name just a few .. Ali, Muhamed Ali, Semih and Berk. Although every single member of staff we met were all brilliant including all the bar staff on roller skates! The best all inclusive we have ever experienced! Anything you could think of, they have it! The restaurant choices were great and the quality of food was fantastic and we love good high end food and were very impressed. We loved the Turkish, Japanese, Thai and Brazilian the best. We went as a couple so the adult pool was such a lovely addition and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. There were always sun beds available any time of the day which was great, the beach was also brilliant and we did have a go on the water slide and rapids too which were good fun with no ques. The hotel was pretty full but it didn’t feel busy at all which was really nice. The entertainment was the best I have seen at a hotel, so much effort was put in to all of the shows and events! The golf course was also the best we have ever played and it was lovely to be able to see the golf course from the walking path. The rooms were perfect! There was a really good vibe at this hotel, the staff seemed happy and relaxed. It was a great a**osphere. The hotel itself is beautiful as are the grounds which are immaculate thanks to the gardening / maintenance team! The rooms were perfect, housekeeping did a great job and turned our beds down for us every night which is a lovely touch. As animal lovers it was lovely to see that the local cats and animals seemed to be loved and well looked after by the staff. There is also complimentary access to the airport lounge and private check in at the airport which was so good! We really can’t say anything negative about this hotel and we cant wait to go back! We have never gone back to the same place twice but I think the Regnum Carya will be our exception. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Best holiday we have ever had! I could go on and on about how amazing this place was. From pick up from the airport to be escorted to the airport lounge you are treated soo special. There was nothing at all to complain about we will 100% be going back!!

Magnifique stay thanks to whole hotel team. That was one of the my best stays considering all my visits to hotels all over the world. Staff is very professional and smiling. Restaurants are full of delicious foods. Sea and pool are joyful. Golf field is immense.

This is our second time at the Regnum as a family(5), all adults. We have come 2 weeks earlier this trip, so the hotel is a little quiet. However the whole team(s) at the resort have been first class. It doesn’t matter what you ask, it’s never a problem and always with a smile. We had a Pearl Pool suite and 2 hotel rooms, everyone extremely happy with everything. Well done again Regnum team. See you again early October. David, Dianne, Samantha, Rebecca & Clayton

Arrived at Regnum Carya yesterday . We immediately greeted in reception by Resul and Kadir who very very friendly charming and efficient. We were very pleased because they upgraded us and 3 other couples to a pool side villas . They escorted us to the villas which are really lovely and spacious with access to a wrap round pool . Highly recommend

Excellent hotel, only issue is restaurant bookings and the service in the restaurant is slow. Food was good. This resort is ideal for families. Highly recommended, will return sometime soon. This hotel beats Lara burut, however, it will struggle against the Cullian.

We traveled with our family from May 04 to May 11. This is not the first time we have come to this hotel. Our son really likes the kids club at the hotel. It was impossible to take him away from the club. The club staff are always very caring. You can ask to ensure that the child eats on time. The club always has interesting games and activities. We really like the pools, water park and food at the hotel. The service has gotten worse, unfortunately. In the main restaurant the water glasses are very often dirty. Old and not very clean plates on the buffet. And when I asked to change the teaspoon because it was dirty, the waiter simply dangled it in a glass of water. This kind of cleaning almost made me sick. This hotel is no longer a 5* level. Room cleaning was poor. Very often dirty dishes left behind were not removed.

This was our second time in Regnum, and it was even better, if possible, then the first time. The management of such a large hotel is not easy. To acheive 100% smiling and responsive staff on every occassion is almost impossible. KUDOS! The only drawback was Tepanyaki japanese restaurant , which should be fun, but the chef was overplaying and the food was just OK. And Peruvian restaurant was also quite off. The food in the main restaurant is amazing, and please note thet we were all foodies, with hundrets of Michelin and other exuisit experiences. Thanks for really superb experience.

The hotel is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. One particular staff member, Mrs. Esra, stands out for her friendly service during breakfast. The Regnum family provides first class hospitality to their guests.
