Good clean hotel, located on the banks of the Mekong River. Very clean and friendly. Good swimming pool.

Nice quiet resort with good view of the mekong river. There is a nice coffee house too.

The last time I came here was 4 years ago. The environment here is quiet and it’s good to rest on vacation. The room is clean, but the bed is a bit soft and the pillows are too high and there is no choice. The details are still good.

The view from the room was amazing, not only the river but also the sunset in the evening and the Southern Cross at night. Also, there were staff who could speak Japanese, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind.

There is no wellcome drink. There was no one to bring luggage into the room or help with the room location. No pool staff.

Back to Ben Tre Riverside Resort for my holiday second time, everything was great! Many tourists but staffs were happy & help. We enjoyed the nice sunset view, excellent breakfast buffet. There was a free shuttle buggy to market, many street foods and local cuisines to enjoy

The property feels old, and could do with a thorough cleaning and renovation. I don't fault the staff. They're working hard, but there just aren't enough of them to operate the hotel. Owners are clearly cutting corners, leaving the rooms unkempt and lacking basic amenities. For example, our room lacked a safe, which just about every 3 star hotel offers. And while there is shampoo, would it have killed the operating budget to offer conditioner as well? Breakfast buffet was eh, with haphazard selections of mostly cold Vietnamese and Western fare. We later ate at the restaurant and enjoyed some good fish dishes. So the buffet is not a matter the kitchen's skills, but of the budget allotted by management. The riverside rooms are indeed lovely, with gorgeous views of the river at sunset. Wish the grounds could match the location.

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing time at Riverside Resort. The balconies provide excellent river and sunset views. The location is very quiet and slightly outside of the the city center of Ben Tre in a lovely setting. The city center can be reached within 5 minutes by Grab or Taxi.
